A note signed by Adeline Bouwhuis and Louis Shriver was sent back with the piano, stating "...if you don't have another piano to play, I know Morgan and Adam would send you one for free." She's never asked for a free piano. She simply wants her piano bench back. Her text, voicemails and emails asking for her matching piano bench have been ignored since August. Mr. Cowell is a thief and should be ashamed of himself.

Not only was the furniture damaged, but many of our items were not wrapped or protected at all. From the start, the packing job looked careless. Boxes were stacked without regard to weight, items were wobbling in the truck, and furniture that we specifically pointed out as expensive or fragile was left unwrapped. I even climbed into the truck myself and could clearly see that it was not packed properly. One of the movers (I believe his name was Rusty) appeared to be brand new and repeatedly dropped boxes while loading. At one point clothing items were literally scattered across the yard because he dropped them coming down the ramp. It was incredibly frustrating to watch. There were two other movers -- I think their names were Quintin and Axel. Only one of them was polite and apologetic. The other was extremely dismissive and arrogant. Every time my mom or I raised concerns about wrapping furniture or packing items more securely, he brushed us off and repeatedly reassured us that he had been doing this for 11 years and that everything was fine. We even labeled the boxes ''Fragile" or "Nothing on Top"- as pictured below. Clearly, it was not. Despite our multiple requests to properly wrap furniture and secure fragile items, those requests were ignored. Now we're left unpacking a truck full of damaged belongings that could have easily been prevented with basic care and professionalism. This experience was careless, frustrating, and incredibly disappointing. When you trust a company with your home and belongings, you expect at the very least that they will handle them with care. That did not happen here. I would not recommend this company to anyone. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE.

They are threatening me with "legal action" in an attempt to extort/scare me into paying. I only accepted the extra mover on their word the cost would be the same. This is not a good business practice.

I had the pleasure of Justin P, Roberto and Dawson move me today. I've never used movers, but I'm glad I used them. I did call around for other places to price check, they were the same as one other company but the lady that I talked to was really nice and willing to ask all my questions even when I kept calling back to ask more questions. Justin, Robert and Dawson were so nice, friendly, professional, quick and very easy to get along with. I estimated at the most 3 hrs, it was close to it, 2 1/2 hrs. I will defiantly use them again. My friend that was with me, said she would use them instead of moving everything herself as they are affordable! The three never stopped running back and forth. The only time they sat is when they were waiting for me to get to the new place. They would move stuff where I wanted it to another side of the room. All three were very respectful and careful with all of my stuff. Even took a couple things back to the trash and recycle for me. I was very great full for the movers. If/when I move again, I hope I can get the same from the next movers!! read more

The crew we had was AWESOME!! I don't use that word often because it's so overused these days. But Roberto, Cesar, Preston, Jesse and David earned that description. They were not only fast, but careful too. They were all polite, professional and catered to our every need. If they weren't sure of something-they asked. They moved our baby grand piano with care and skill and with the correct equipment (I am a piano technician). These guys worked together with all the precision of a well-oiled machine (and they had a little fun too :D). They are all personable men that we had the pleasure of getting to know during our move. Justin, Anthony, and Connor just got done helping my wife and I move our heavier items from Lincoln to Bennington. This crew did an amazing job! We just had snow and freezing rain the night before and the conditions today were harsh. It was freezing out with high winds and negative windchill. Despite the conditions they worked hard, had a great attitude, and were very polite. They took great care of our belongings. Furthermore, they were very efficient. They knocked it all out in 6 hours even with driving time. I couldn't believe they fit all that stuff into one truck. Alex and Admir moved my garage contents today and didn't bat an eye at the disorganization I was asking them to take care of! It was a 9 hour move and the guys worked non-stop only taking 20 minutes to eat lunch. They were so careful with my furniture and boxes, probably more so than I was! And they were the most affordable option we looked at; we were so glad not to be driving a truck ourselves. Get the full trailer--they charge you by the foot so you only pay for the space you use. We estimated we'd need 10 ft but used 15. It's a weird time to move (March 2022-pandemic ongoing, great resignation, etc) and we'd heard and read some horror stories about traditional moving companies not getting stuff delivered for weeks because they've been just overwhelmed. The call center folks, dispatchers, and drivers at U-Pack were all pleasant, professional, and got stuff done when they said they would.
