I had considered a cab service, but my vacations are very important to me, and didn't want to have to worry about reliability, so I decided to use Greg's service, and called to set up an appointment. An e-mail was sent with an invite that you respond to confirming your appointment, and you receive a text from the driver a half hour before pick up. My driver showed up very early, and was waiting for me at my requested pick up location. Very friendly, helped with my bags, had a beautiful Lincoln, and got me to Newark in no time! He even was kind enough to look up my departure gate at my terminal for United Airlines! Also, exchanged in pleasant talk on the way! Great service across the board, and highly recommend them and will! I also, love the flat rate that includes tolls and gratuities! Takes the guess work out of your bill. Today I received a phone call from a representative of Arrow, not a patronizing call but one of true concern. I have been an Arrow customer for 35+ years and I valued their service. After describing my experience with a certain driver they assured me they would delve deeper into it and it was clear they meant it. I was pleased with their reply and that is one of the reasons I will keep using their service. There are cheaper limo services out there but Arrow can Always be counted on to do the right thing! Wedding Day trolley broke down, antique car rental quality did not match price…read more.. I used Epic for my July 2018 wedding. Unfortunately the experience for us was not positive. We spent a very considerable amount of money renting an antique car, trolley, and 3 hotel shuttles from them. By the time the trolley was 5 minutes into the ride to our church...the music stopped working. If that didn't kill the mood, the mood was killed when the trolley was billowing black smoke and overheating (And leaking oil) in front of my church on my wedding day. Needless to say, the trolley was completely BROKEN DOWN and no longer able to be used after dropping my bridal party off at the church so I (the bride) after 14 months of planning a wedding - never even got to ride in it. As for our antique car, the driver (Subcontracted by Epic) was very kind and professional. No complaints about him ... however, the car door latch must have been broken and the driver door kept swinging open every time we went around a corner. I realize it's an old vehicle and it's not going to be perfect... but we paid a good chunk of change for it and I did not feel that this experience matched what we paid. I have no complaints about the 3 hotel shuttles we rented. As far as I know that aspect of the day went well. I do appreciate that Epic provided a "replacement" for the trolley by bringing us a party bus for the bridal party to ride back from the church in. But to me, I can't get past the fact that the trolley broke down. Aside from being embarrassing, it was a complete disappointment. When you're in the wedding business, you only have one day to deliver to that customer, so it's important to deliver quality. In my case, I was not happy with the service we received. In the end we received a credit of about $200, which happens to be the difference of renting a party bus vs a trolley - so in reality, we were just refunded the difference for the trolley service we didn't receive.

Henry was available over several weeks of planning where he always answered my questions as I never hired a private car for a prom. Our driver was Evans and he was extremely professional and kind. He took the kids to multiple stops for photos and waited patiently for them to finish. He even messaged me at the end of the night to let me know the kids were dropped off safely to the final stop. As a parent, this meant a lot to feel reassured your kids are safe. We ordered a Cadillac Escalade which was clean and in pristine condition.
