When traveling with kids, staying in close proximity to supermarkets is a great advantage, bcoz you are running to one often. This condo is tucked away nicely from busy streets and you only see residential traffic. So its safe for kids to go to the pool, tennis courts or beach. It's not the fanciest resort I've ever stayed at, but it definitely checked all the boxes for necessity and a big of comfort. There's a main tower and then 6 separate condo buildings. All 7 buildings have great beach access. I do wish there was better communication, but that's mainly up to the homeowners and what rental agency they choose to use. We used Vacasa (I thought) but ended up with "Arvanti Rental Group" which was fine, there just isn't a front desk anywhere on property so it can be confusing when trying to contact the homeowner. I know Airbnb gets a lot of hate but when we come back we will likely book with them, simply because of the easy customer user face. Overall we had a great time, had awesome beach access, and a large enough area, without being too pricey. $800 for 4 nights isn't too bad with a beach front condo, beach view, and all the amenities.

Having the beach just steps away, along with both the large main pool and the smaller heated pool, makes it such an easy and relaxing place to vacation. For a while, the property was starting to feel a little dated, but they've made some great improvements over the past couple of years. The buildings have all been repainted, and the updated fitness center with newer equipment has made a noticeable difference. The property feels much more refreshed now. If you're looking for a quiet, adults-only getaway, this probably isn't the place for you. There are usually plenty of families and kids around, which is one of the reasons we love it--but it's something to keep in mind depending on the type of vacation you're looking for. The only other downside is that the heated pool can be hit or miss. There have been times when it wasn't working when we were hoping to use it, which can be disappointing, especially during cooler weather. Overall, Adagio is a beautiful property in an incredible location. We've been coming back for over 15 years, and that says a lot. It's a wonderful place for families, and we look forward to making many more memories here.

We had to repeatedly pull our kids out of the amenities we paid to use. When management was involved, their "solutions" were useless, and it resulted in the group retaliating by targeting and staring down our family patio. We felt so unsafe we had to book a hotel elsewhere and leave early. Utter lack of security and a complete failure of customer service. Avoid.

We are from Destin florida so we are not tourist/newbies to the Florida experience therefore we knew where to find the perfect "spot" for our wedding week. The area right around the property is less populated offering a little privacy, not dozens of people walking down sidewalks constantly. Just 3-5 minutes down the road shopping & grocery stores are available, liquor stores, gas stations. The beach view from tanlines was stunning, sunrises/sunsets were stunning. The home itself was spacious, allowing all of our guest their own little area to relax. The kitchen supplied all of the utensils we needed for cooking & grilling on the egg. The coffee pot being an old school drip was GREAT, my parents prefer that type of pot. The coffee pot in the kitchen upstairs and down stairs both leak and need replacing with the SAME STYLE PLEASE but also adding a keurig would be a nice touch too for us pod users! The living room area on the 2nd main floor is rather small but we love the open floor plan and the fact that the pool is located on this floor along with the kitchen and a master bedroom that we gave to my parents since we did not want them using stairs!!! I wish their was more seating for guest to all sit in the main living room area together but we made it work. Be aware that the sliding door leading to the pool is super annoying, before you slide the door you must push the button which is oddly located to the far left of the door, upon entry and exit the button must be pushed or this SQUEALING ALARM goes off after about 30 seconds BUT that is required per florida law, it's a valuable safety feature if you have small children, thankfully we had no children attending. We absolutely plan to stay at this property again, so please not than none of my stated "complaints" are sincere complaints simply listed information for anyone to consider. Holiday beach rentals (property management) was absolutely awesome, attentive, responsive as well as friendly and professional. We had a magical wedding week and this property was overall perfectly suited for our needs! A very cozy space. Clean bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen.. Linens were fresh and all supplied with a roll of toilet tissue and travel size hand soaps. DON'T FORGET to bring your beach towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels and a few extra dishwashing pods or dish detergent. There were plenty of bath towels and extra trash bags, which were appreciated. However, there were several issues that affected our experience. When we arrived, the trash from the previous guests had not been taken out, and the smell was horrible; it hit us every time we walked outside. I contacted the property about it, but unfortunately, it was never addressed during our stay. One of the bikes had a flat tire, and there were no working bike locks (no one knew the combination). I flagged both issues to management, and they went unresolved. There was a nice fire pit with plenty of firewood, but nothing to actually light it with, which felt like a missed opportunity. There was also no house manual or instructions for anything; we had to figure things out as we went, which was inconvenient. Lastly, the house is not as close to the beach as the listing implies. You definitely need a car or a golf cart. We're an active group, and even for us, the walk (especially with beach gear) was tough due to the hills. Overall, the house itself is lovely, but the property management needs to be more action-focused, and some amenities and communication could be improved for a better guest experience.

Located along scenic 30A, it's just a short drive to Seaside but feels peaceful and tucked away. Adagio offers both beachfront and poolside units, with excellent amenities: two pools, rental chairs, umbrellas, bikes, as well as a hot tub and a well-equipped gym. It's an easy walk to charming cafés, bike rentals, and a great little ice cream shop, which makes it especially convenient for families. If you're looking for a relaxing, family-friendly stay with gorgeous beach views and a prime 30A location, Adagio is absolutely worth considering.
