The space is very small so they are doing everything they can to keep it clean and safe. Booking was a breeze through the online portal and I got multiple texts and emails reminding me of my appointment. The day of I got a text requesting that I respond "here" when I arrived and they would text back to let me know they were ready and I could come in. I really appreciate that as there isn't a ton (really any) waiting space in the salon. Unfortunately the system wasn't working it's greatest and I ended up getting anxious and frustrated waiting. They do have a central number you can text which worked out. Once inside they have cute elevated benches for manicures. My stylist, Sarah, was fabulous. I had a great time chatting with her as she did my manicure. She's very knowledgeable about colors and helped me pick the perfect shade. The manicure is gorgeous and I seriously cannot wait to go back. While I was there I noticed a lot of regulars coming in which always bodes well for a salon. Love seeing the loyalty of customers.

I was overcharged!…read more I scheduled a hair and makeup appointment for prom. Ultimately on the day of my appointment I decided on a style I saw in a picture and showed my stylist. My stylist explained to me it would just be my hair curled and then a Bobby pin to pull a front section back. My hair turned out nicely, but only if I knew that one Bobby pin cost me $25!!! I think that is a little unreasonable because if I were told that one Bobby pin would make my total $25 more expensive, I would have not paid for it. Also to mention that when I was checked in, nobody offered me anything to drink. This would not have been a problem if the lady checked in after me wasn't politely greeted, offered, and served a glass of water. Perhaps it was my age, but regardless, I am a paying customer. Considering I waited 30 minutes for my appointment to start, it was infuriating that somebody who waited 5 minutes got water in that short amount of time. My makeup did turn out nicely. And so did my hair! But perhaps being older would have made my experience more enjoyable.

Due to the tight schedule, there was no fixing. For 15 hours I had to look at this hair every time I passed a mirror. Positive is the ugly hair stayed in place thru heat and humidity. $80. Makeup: Also after survey, looked garish. Wiped off a lot of makeup and realized the makeup artist never did lips or mouth. And did not touch up dark makeup causing raccoon eyes. Cleaned up myself.
