From the initial phone call to make my appointment, Kat, the owner, was welcoming and warming. On the day of my appointment, I was greeted immediately and placed in the chair, and Amanda performed the best pedicure I have received since arriving in this state. Thank you Jesus! From what I recall, most technicians place their tools in bin or glass with water, and do a quick rinse or microwave before using them. The tools here definitely seem more reassuring! And seems more efficient. Kat was also very knowledgeable and openly shared info when asked. Overall, we had a great time here! The only reason I subtracted a star was because my classic mani/pedi is already chipping and it's only been a couple days! At 4:10, I was asked to sit in a pedicure chair. The gentleman who did my pedicure was rough, cut me twice, trimmed far too much off my big toes, and left nail polish on my skin. I didn't receive several of the items listed on that pedicure type. My daughter finished when I was still having my pedicure, and they directed her to a chair next to mine. After she waited almost 30 minutes, she didn't even want the pedicure anymore. No one ever came over to acknowledge her or start working. There were walk ins after her that received service. I finally sat down to have my nails done at 5:05. I had a picture of the French manicure I wanted. It took an hour and 45 minutes. It looked nothing like the photos; the edges were sharp and I scratched myself. There was so much product under the nails and I asked him to file it, but he did not. For two French manicures with a full set and one pedicure, I spent $224!

Every time, they deliver. I haven't worked with the same technician twice, but each has been fantastic and nails what I am looking for. I love the space and the fact that parking is covered for free within the building. They always have availability and their prices are honestly really reasonable! Nails in general are expensive to maintain now, so expect it to cost at least $60 with tip for gel. These ones will last you for at least 6 weeks tho, so it's worth it in my book! Happy pampering!

Lovely Nails fit the bill. When I visited the salon, it was a Tuesday, early afternoon. There was only one other client in the salon and she was nearly finished. There were only two people working there, but both were very nice. The salon also was very clean. It was no frills, which is fine with me. I went in for a mani/pedi. A woman (sorry, I didn't get her name), did my pedi. She was very good. She spent a good amount of time with a pumice stone, and for the most part was very gentle. She had a little trouble with polishing my toenails, but I have small feet and toes, and she got off all the excess polish, so it was not at all an issue. There are four pedicure chairs; two looked brand new and a third one she told me was also new. The one they save for client who like a more rigorous back massage. I have a bad back, so I don't even turn on the chair, so I was fine forgoing that. It's been nearly a week, and my toes look good. My nails were done by the other person working there, who is a man. He was also nice, though, maybe not as quite as attentive to detail as the woman. I'll have to go back and give him another try. The best part? The mani/pedi was only $44! That very good for this area where one can pay easily over $50. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that they are limited on the colors they offer of nail polish. Next time, I'll bring my own if I want something special. I would definitely recommend them if you want decent mani/pedi for a decent price.

I'd rather drive the distance to another nail salon where people are actually friendly and happy.

She has excellent English skills and quickly determined what I preferred. I am a question asker too. So as she began the process we had very comfortable conversation and a few giggles. All of my nails are polished to perfection. My dry heels are no more and the complimentary massage was heavenly. When I come back next year I will ask to see Ms. Kim again!
