From the initial phone call to make my appointment, Kat, the owner, was welcoming and warming. On the day of my appointment, I was greeted immediately and placed in the chair, and Amanda performed the best pedicure I have received since arriving in this state. Thank you Jesus! She was very kind and did a great job checking in with me and making sure she was doing what I wanted. One of my favorite things about Cozy is that every time I have gone, I make an appointment, and they honor that. Lots of other nail spas will take walk ins even with an appointment on the way and you have to wait to get started 30 minutes past your appointment time. This has never been the case for me at Cozy. Chia did a great job and was done within 45 minutes. The total for gel x removal and manicure was $48. Every time, they deliver. I haven't worked with the same technician twice, but each has been fantastic and nails what I am looking for. I love the space and the fact that parking is covered for free within the building. They always have availability and their prices are honestly really reasonable! Nails in general are expensive to maintain now, so expect it to cost at least $60 with tip for gel. These ones will last you for at least 6 weeks tho, so it's worth it in my book! Happy pampering!

Lovely Nails fit the bill. When I visited the salon, it was a Tuesday, early afternoon. There was only one other client in the salon and she was nearly finished. There were only two people working there, but both were very nice. The salon also was very clean. It was no frills, which is fine with me. I went in for a mani/pedi. A woman (sorry, I didn't get her name), did my pedi. She was very good. She spent a good amount of time with a pumice stone, and for the most part was very gentle. She had a little trouble with polishing my toenails, but I have small feet and toes, and she got off all the excess polish, so it was not at all an issue. There are four pedicure chairs; two looked brand new and a third one she told me was also new. The one they save for client who like a more rigorous back massage. I have a bad back, so I don't even turn on the chair, so I was fine forgoing that. It's been nearly a week, and my toes look good. My nails were done by the other person working there, who is a man. He was also nice, though, maybe not as quite as attentive to detail as the woman. I'll have to go back and give him another try. The best part? The mani/pedi was only $44! That very good for this area where one can pay easily over $50. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that they are limited on the colors they offer of nail polish. Next time, I'll bring my own if I want something special. I would definitely recommend them if you want decent mani/pedi for a decent price.
