We had a lot of adjustments and questions along the way, and she never made us feel like we were a burden or we didn't have control over what we wanted. Their showroom is incredibly nice too and they allow you to see everything you are paying for. Will and his crew came to setup and tear down and they did a great job. Things were always changing. Jeff took my ideas as they evolved and created diagrams that brought them to life. When the plan changed, he rolled with it and kept a positive attitude. He pointed out things I wouldn't think about not being in the business and never ever pushed me to purchase more. He even gave me alternatives to save money. He was extremely responsive to e-mail and phone calls. There were no hidden costs. He made it super easy! They were on time and the crew was so respectful and kind. Exactly the kind of people you want to talk to when you're carrying the stress of last-minute wedding prep. The day before my wedding there was a huge storm. Not only did the tent handle it without an issue, everything inside the tent stayed dry. Their tent, tables and chairs were great quality and shape.
