I met with John Tiller, Martha Tiller's son in November 2013 to sign a contract to purchase a food…read moretruck. The sale was contingent upon the sale of my trailer. I gave John Tiller a deposit of $2500 and the balance was to be paid when my trailer sold. The contract was written on Martha Tiller Public Relations letterhead and was between Martha Tiller Public Relations, John Tiller and me, Robin Allshouse. John and I kept in touch over the next several months as we both searched for a buyer for my trailer. Finally in March 2014 the trailer sold and I called John to let him know. After avoiding numerous calls and texts he finally responded via text stating he would sell it to me for an additional $7,000 and that I breached the contract. After numerous texts and phone calls to him and no resolution, I told him I would see him in court. I made 5 trips to the courthouse because twice his attorney filed a continuance at the last minute and once he was a no show. On the first visit to the courthouse the attorney offered to settle for $500. I laughed at him and told him we would proceed (I did not have an attorney) with the hearing because I know I will win. He filed numerous other motions, which were denied because of research I provided the judge. I was prepared to defeat this guy and win my case . Finally I got my day in court, May 23, 2016! I won the case and a judgment was filed against John Tiller, of Martha Tiller Marketing. I was awarded my $2500 and all court costs. I would not recommend Martha Tiller Public Relations and would recommend you never work with them!!! Oh, I still have not gotten my settlement. John Tiller is in prison. Apparently he has a lengthy record. Just so you know I am telling the truth I have included a copy of my contract with Martha Tiller Public Relations and a copy of the Judgment against John Tiller, Martha Tiller's son.
