I was riding the train to work one morning because my bicycle was in the shop (I detest fossil fuels). Well, one problem with trains is they don't just stop on command. My precious Lily (2 year old dalmatian) jumped out of the door right as it closed. I could not find the conductor (are there still conductors anyway?) to stop the train. I impatiently paced as the train slowed at the next stop. I jumped off the train in a single bound, jumpiing over enraged passengers, as soon as the doors opened and sprinted into the direction of my precious Lily. I was about 9 blocks away but determined. I raced and was even using proper breathing techniques but, ALAS!, I was unable to find her. I yelled "LILY!, LILY!!" but to no avail. Suddenly I realized that I looked like a madman. A taxi swerved around me and a man yelled obsenities at me in Italian from the rear seat. I do not know Italian but I assume his language was obscene. In retrospect he may have been simply greeting me in a loud manner...in any case, I found myself frustrated beyond measure, dogless and panting. I could only imagine how alone Lily must have felt at that moment. At that moment I made a promise to God, Allah, and Martha Stewart Living that I would find Lily and bring her home and would not rest until that liberating moment. I began, as most likely do, by making shoddy amateur posters. They were almost as pitiful as my state of emotions. The ink was black and running. The saddest part was the lame attempt at a drawing. I thought that if I could only appeal to the heartstrings of passersby they would at least TRY to help. So I drew the happiest moment shared between Lily and I. It was Christmas 2011. She was wearing a pink bow and nestling in a beautiful padded polka-dotted crate. I was wearing a fuzzy christmas sweater stained with eggnog. In any case, the drawing was a disaster. It looked like a first-grader's depiction of an abusive father via watercolors. After failing to even garner one look from any passerby I was distraught. I was crying while tearing down the posters. My tears mixed with the black ink and ran down my hands. At one point I could not bear (or bare?) to stand. I became dizzy. I sat on the sidewalk and tried to maintain my bearing. Suddenly I heard a bicycle bell...that sound is now ingrained in my memory as one of the turning points of my life. I looked up, expecting a rebuke from a hurried and harried cycler impatiently attempting to pass by, instead I saw something (someone) entirely different... A tall, handsome man with brown curly locks addressed me. "Hi, I'm Nat, I couldn't help but notice that you have lost your dog. I can't quite tell what kind of dog you are missing from the poster there, but I can tell that her name is Lily and she means a lot to you. I think I can help." I was a bit flabbergasted but eager to jump on any chance to find Lily. I stammered, "Umm..Really?!" He just smiled. "Hop on", he said. He had an extra helmet and I hopped on the back of his bike. He must of had the legs of a god because he did not struggle while pedaling and I could have sworn we were going faster than the train from earlier. He took me to a beautiful place called SQ1. "This is where I work. And these are the people that are going to help you find your Lily". I was greeted by warm smiles and I even saw that a few of the charming individuals had there own dogs inside, I was completely won over. I was not sure how it was possible, but I trusted that these wonderful people would help me find Lily. And, beyond that, I felt that perhaps I had found a few friends. Nat grabbed me a cup of coffee and led me to a giant LCD screen. "Have a seat. So, what do you know about analytics?" I had no idea what he was talking about but he explained everything. Basically Nat said that his company could use search engines, social media, and even location services to get my message out to anyone and everyone who may have information about Lily. There were a few trendy spots in the area and Nat explained that he could partner with them via Facebook and their own websites to ensure that people that were visiting those places or that were likely in the area during the time that Lily and I were separated could be directed to a post about Lily. He worked with me and we created a special webpage for Lily. Luckily, I had a few pictures on my phone (they were much better representations than the ones I had attempted to draw earlier!) We updated the site with my information and Nat worked his magic. "Usually, I utilize my skills to ensure that top quality brands can communicate with consumers who want their product; but right now I can't think of anything more important than helping you find Lily" out of space.But WE FOUND HER!!!

I needed help with the overall look and feel, layout, and product selection of a master bedroom and guest bedroom, plus advice on some window coverings. I chose the Design Concierge service which ended up being a great fit as I did not need the full-service option. The whole process was very smooth and efficient. A key step to her approach is the initial consultation which Kim does in advance of the full day of design at the house. I sent some pictures of the rooms in advance as well as some photos I had pinned from a home design site. She used the time on the call to discuss my goals for the project and to ask lots of questions to get a feel for my style. Kim came to our in person design day a few days later already armed with targeted, creative ideas and with a good sense of what would be appealing to me. You could tell she had done a good deal of prep work in advance. We tackled one room at a time starting with her taking measurements and inputting them into a CAD program so it would be easy to slot existing and new items into the floorplan. Kim has a wealth of knowledge about products and vendors so she easily came up with multiple options for each decision. She would then place each items I had decided on into the design board right on the spot, so I would not be struggling to visualize how everything will look together. I felt like I was not giving her much to go on in terms of feedback but she was able to quickly zero in on what resonated with me, and offered options in different price ranges. While I never felt like she was pushing me into a direction I wasn't comfortable with, she did encourage me to go a bit out of my comfort zone and consider things that would never have entered my mind (which is kind of the point, right?) Kim is ultra-focused and extremely efficient. I really don't know how she covered as much ground as she did on the day she was here, I felt like she made the most of every minute . As a result we even had time at the end of the day for her to tackle a few random one offs that had been bugging me for years and even pick out paper, paint and light fixtures for laundry room The day was a whirlwind but oh so fun! Within less than a week of our meeting she sent me the completed design boards along with an item-by-item list of the products we had selected along with links directly to the vendor sites. She also included detailed instructions /work orders to give to for example the firm making the custom draperies and floor plans so I could remember where everything goes. This made the implementation so easy. I am so pleased with the overall result and the whole process. I highly recommend Kim Armstrong!

Kim and her team began by inspecting my blank canvass pad and interviewing me for about an hour. There questions were not directed towards what type of fabrics and colors that I like, but instead, were focused on my interest in music, art, etc. They took my input and went to work. I received great PowerPoint presentations and graphical layouts for what they intended to do with my place. Then, as my place began to take shape, they were open to my input and I was open to theirs. In the end, my apartment turned out amazing. I do not think there is a single think in my home that I would have picked out myself, but there is not a single thing in my place that I do not love and doesn't get rave compliments. Kim and her team worked within my budget, were easy to work with, and I highly recommend them. And, while they tended to do more classical design, they gleefully took on my "modern" project. I posted my original review after Betsy begged me to post a review because she received a very poor…read morereview from another client. After having significant problems with the back-end development of the site I had to discard all of that work and rebuild the site from ground zero. However, I maintained the graphic design in its original state. Therefore, I believe an updated review is in order. Recently, the site was completely rebuilt. The letter below was summarily rejected by Betsy. So, I am posting it verbatim......buyer beware. Good morning Betsy, As you know, I have experienced two occasions where my website was offline for months without my knowledge. As a result, I have had to employ other consultants to research and bring the site back online. In addition, the links to the clips continuously broke. This look, where clips do not work, promoted a feeble perception to the person reading the site and resulted in a poor perception of me as a professional. I had complained to you before that with my limited ability to see, WP was a mess. I asked you several times to clean it up..which you said you did...but on further review by these professionals, they saw many unrelated pieces in WP that were also available for outsiders to see that had no relationship with my messaging and gave unwanted opportunities to other sites to communicate with my site. Finally, within your development architecture, there was no consideration given to installing any security or notification measures that would provide protection and warnings against unwanted events from occurring. Your source in India does not have adequate skills to work for you. It is also clear that you have no technical quality control to ensure that you are delivering a site built for today. Shuffling e-mails from your designer to your client and from your developer to your client has nothing to do with delivering a solid product since you are doing nothing to add to the solution. It took months for me to understand and engage a consultant that could build a reliable site...another embarrassment since I could not direct prospects to my website during the timeframe for the research and rebuild. I have paid a high price for incompetent site development work. However, I will distinguish that from the graphic design (including text), presently retained in its original form. I had to take action, and I engaged services to bring the site back online and then completely redesign the development into a simple, swift, reliable site www.rhonig.com. The attached spreadsheet and supporting documents show that I paid AWS $2,266 to mitigate the problems and rebuild the site. Thus, I paid you approximately $1,600 without regard to the cost that I incurred for the months the site was offline and while online the shabby perception the malfunctioning site had on the readers and therefore their perception of me. So, bottom line, I am willing to pay for the graphic design at the cost of $800. For the remaining $800, I expect to receive a refund sent to me by Venmo by Friday, September 10, 2021. Please keep in mind; I am absorbing $622 ($1,600 + $622 = $2,266) without regard to the other costs which I incurred. Should I not receive that money on time, I will publish this letter in as many avenues for review that I can find. I will begin that effort over this coming weekend. I will look forward to receiving the $800 and putting this entire debacle to rest. Thank you, Ross

I disputed the credit card charges only to have Clint Henderson provide a copy of the contract and act like he did large amounts of work in 3 days. The following month, I get charged by his company again. I am writing this review to Let people know to stay away from Clint Henderson and wired SEO. He is running a scam business and charging you for nothing.

Facts: John did NOT confirm any interview participants until the day of the interview, i.e. three hours ahead of time and only because I emailed him. Secondly, the original participants he named were not available, and so he added two others on a whim at the last minute. No time for a journalist to prepare or research. Third of all, when I refuse to do this interview because of his inability to confirm or be prepared, his response was: You can trust that I will tell them exactly why this interview is not happening, and it won't be the flattering portrait of you as an ace interviewer that you seem to believe it will be.
