I am still waiting for them to fix everything. They have tried on several occasions to fix the vanity ( all drawers are crooked)not align as they should. They want to redrill the hole to make the faces of drawers straight but thats it.And in the process of the remodel they bent the pipe on my radiator which is my heat source. The radiator now leaks and ruined the new floor they just laid. At first they were very apologetic and said they would pay for the repairs. Now they are claiming that they didn't do the damage. I have receipts from my hvac company stating they were just out at beginning of Sept for full system inspection and states there were no leaks or bent pipe. Unique homes still will not help resolve the damage they caused. I have a bbb claim at this point but seems useless. This company also offers 100% guarantee that the customer will be completely satisfied or they refund the sale price - wrong - they do not stand behind their work or guarantees. These are only a couple of main issues and there is a Ling list of repairs due to poor workmanship they did. This company is not consumer friendly, once they have your money - they are done with you & don't care if their services are horrible. Run away from this company... I would attach photos if possible so you can see my nightmares from this company.

First may I say that I was totally impressed with the young gentleman McKenzie C. as my sales representative. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and pleasant to chat with as we worked out the type, color, and other particulars of the work to be done and he was very helpful during the hiccups (more later). He also was the only rep of the 7 companies I interviewed that bothered to check inside the attic for any damage. McKenzie's in office counterpart Jessica A. was also very pleasant, helpful, and calm during the "hiccups". All three sub-contractors performed professionally and did a good job. As to the hiccups, there were 2-3 issues that based upon my previous background are the result of lacking required staffing levels, quality assurance, scheduling processes, and of course the most common of all communication. These hiccups resulted in delays in the materials to finish jobs, movement in the sub-contractors' scheduling, and discussions with me. My recommendation is you get any proposed schedules and any verbal agreements in writing to save yourself any aggravation. Bottom line: I am pleased with the finished product; my house looks great! I recommend them.

There had not been any weather or wind to cause this - it just happened. And it had not been that way when we he left for work in the morning. I took a photo and entered a request into Yelp asking for estimates for the roof repair. Timeless Exteriors was one of the first to respond. They were able to come to the house pretty quickly and assess the problem. It was not something that could be immediately fixed, so they promised to send an estimate the following day. As promised, we received the quote and scheduled the work. Timeless Exteriors communicated well, showed up as promised and finished the work in a timely fashion. We were charged as quoted. They did a nice job in the fix and we would hire them again. But hopefully that won't be necessary any time soon. Highly recommend.

Not urgent, and it ended up taking a month…read moreor so for them to get the jobs actually done, due to scheduling and weather, which was fine. I'm sure if I'd said it was urgent they'd have tried to come sooner. They came out a week or so after I called to check things out and give me a quote. That guy, Matt, and the later handyman were friendly and efficient. Then another few weeks till they came out. I got the disposal and they installed it, plus added a plug under the sink and fixed the wall switch. Took an hour or so. This is the only handyman our dogs haven't barked at when they got here, and never did. He said he has dogs, but sometimes ours go nuts no matter what, on just hearing or smelling a stranger. The roof took maybe half an hour. Again, professional and efficient. Prices seem a little high to me, but it's been awhile since I hired anyone so this may be the new normal. And I used to be able to do some of this stuff but can't now, so, I have to pay someone sometimes. Worth it to have it taken care of.
