There was a problem with something inside the tank. He contacted the manufacturer and made arrangements to get it fixed. We never had to make one call - Steve handled everything. One morning last week we had a pumper truck, a crane and a small excavator here working at 8:00 in the morning. They were done and gone by 11:00 that same morning. Everything was cleaned up and looked absolutely normal by the end of the day. Steve is reliable and very good at what he does. He keeps his word and stands behind his work. I expected this could be awhile but about half hour Morgan called and said they could pump out my septic tank today. they called let me know they were on the way. The two guys were very professional and thorough! They took a long brush along with my water hose and literally cleaned the tank. No one has ever did this.
