I went there for nothing when I had other things to do. I didn't realize it at first, but then it hit me: this is a tactic businesses use to get you to the door. They tell you a great price over the phone that's too good to be true, and then when you get to the place, it's all a lie. Edit: You're lying, sir, or you were deceived by your employees. I didn't request ceramic; I informed your team about our agreement: carbon for $180. I even inquired twice with your employee Roly if he was installing the carbon to ensure its quality, as the price seemed too good. He confirmed, but after Roly took my car to the back, your employee Samuel emerged and informed me that the $180 option was the performance tint, which is cheaper and inferior to the carbon. I reminded him that we had agreed on the carbon for $180. I never intended to pay $180 for ceramic because that wasn't our agreement. Consequently, I attempted to contact you to rectify the situation, but you remained unresponsive. Furthermore, Roly engaged in an unprofessional argument with your employee Samuel in the back. Even if you were to offer me the ceramic tint for $180, I would not return to that establishment.

I used to go here for bodywork and tints on all my cars. In fact my whole extended family used to…read moreuse them for body work when returning leases. They were great. One of the reasons I get my tints done here on all my cars is the lifetime warranty they back. Unfortunately, the owners retired and the new owners who bought from them are not honoring the warranty on tints from the previous owners. I don't know how good a job the new owners/team do, but I am not going to give money to them to do tints on 2 cars, when they won't even honor the warranty on the existing tint I bought from Auto Perfection. My extended family also is taking their lease returns elsewhere. Extremely short-sided of them to lose out on a ton of new business just because they don't want to honor warranty on tints from the previous owners. That's exactly how you destroy a reputation...
