Before anything was planned, I informed Kenly Friendly Call Towing of the situation, and they confirmed the availability of flatbed rollbacks without delaying or recommending an alternative approach. The driver carefully loaded the truck by carefully tilting the flatbed, manually guiding the vehicle onto the deck, and making sure all four corner tie-downs were in place before moving. The whole point of demanding a rollback in the first place was that the car arrived at the body shop in the same state as when it was picked up. There were no additional costs for the flatbed setup, and the pricing was clear. Just what I needed done.
