I didn't request ceramic; I informed your team about our agreement: carbon for $180. I even inquired twice with your employee Roly if he was installing the carbon to ensure its quality, as the price seemed too good. He confirmed, but after Roly took my car to the back, your employee Samuel emerged and informed me that the $180 option was the performance tint, which is cheaper and inferior to the carbon. I reminded him that we had agreed on the carbon for $180. I never intended to pay $180 for ceramic because that wasn't our agreement. Consequently, I attempted to contact you to rectify the situation, but you remained unresponsive. Furthermore, Roly engaged in an unprofessional argument with your employee Samuel in the back. Even if you were to offer me the ceramic tint for $180, I would not return to that establishment.
