My dad sends him monthly checks every beginning of the month as a courtesy and convenience as opposed to being billed after the job. Mr. Ramos would cash the checks, but not schedule any maintenance. The project looks amazing, the workers worked their butts off and showed up on time/every day, the cleanup was very well done as if workers hadn't even been in my yard hauling 13 buckets/yards of jumbo black slate, laying weed cloth to ensure I never get weed/grass growing through, setting concrete cleanly, made some professional suggestions that I liked (burying downspouts, joining landscape sections, powerwashing/sealing, etc.).
