Their customer service has always been top notch & they are always willing to ensure the quality of the job is done well. Around Thanksgiving last year, we were in a major bind; an online printer couldn't open our files, & we suddenly needed 2,500 prints ASAP. Demetrius, the manager at the time, stepped up & handled everything. Despite the tight deadline, he & his team were able to push the entire job out within 24 hours.
