Less than 12 hours from our morning pickup time I received cancelation emails, no phone calls or even a text message. Seriously? Had I depended on their previous TWO CONFIRMATIONS and not been triple checking everything I wouldn't have seen the emails and we would have missed the flight. The most wonderful thing about VIP TRANSPORTATION (which isn't provided at that other place) is a REAL LIVE PERSON ANSWERS THE PHONE! No long waits on hold listening to recording of how great they AREN'T. When I called, desperate now to find a ride, VIP answered the phone and spoke with me person to person and we worked out a time. Equally important, they said they would absolutely be there. You know what? They were. The driver arrived two minutes early and we made our flight easily.
