Had an excellent experience with Ray! I had requested a round trip transfer from San Diego to LAX. Ray got me to my flight on time and was there to pick me up as soon as I landed. The cost for an SUV was only a little bit more than a sedan ride. So worth the price for the comfort and I didn't have to drive in any traffic. Personally, the company should have followed up if they had already confirmed with me. Traveling with young kids can be stressful but Ray made the transportation part of our trip to and from the Legoland hotel from the airport so easy! Very professional friendly service, super clean SUV with plenty of room for all the things needed for traveling with kids including our double BOB stroller. Ray was an absolute professional. We hired him to get my family to and from the airport; this included several large bags, a stroller, and needing him to provide a car seat for our son. Everything about working with him, from the initial interaction about quotes until the final drop-off, was a class-act. He showed up on time in a very clean and spacious SUV, was prepared with a modern and clean car seat, helped us with all of our luggage, and got us to the airport promptly with a very smooth ride. What's even better is that on the return trip, our flight was delayed significantly.
