Had an excellent experience with Ray! I had requested a round trip transfer from San Diego to LAX. Ray got me to my flight on time and was there to pick me up as soon as I landed. The cost for an SUV was only a little bit more than a sedan ride. So worth the price for the comfort and I didn't have to drive in any traffic. They confirmed availability. After I provided the number of people(7) and asking if this would still be alright, I was left on read. I felt that they could have responded and stated that this would unfortunately not work rather than be left on read. UPDATE: I continue to receive notifications from this place saying a new comment was left. The company asked me to remove my comment. It looks like the blame is being put on me. Personally, the company should have followed up if they had already confirmed with me. It should NOT have to be the customers job to follow up especially when I had other companies who were responsive and followed through. read more

Traveling with young kids can be stressful but Ray made the transportation part of our trip to and from the Legoland hotel from the airport so easy! Very professional friendly service, super clean SUV with plenty of room for all the things needed for traveling with kids including our double BOB stroller. We had a wonderful experience with Black Falcon for our trip to Legoland. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again! They provided the right size of the car seat, and it was clean and in almost new condition. Everything about working with him, from the initial interaction about quotes until the final drop-off, was a class-act. He showed up on time in a very clean and spacious SUV, was prepared with a modern and clean car seat, helped us with all of our luggage, and got us to the airport promptly with a very smooth ride. What's even better is that on the return trip, our flight was delayed significantly.
