I looked for a shuttle service to the airport for 8 of us and Shawn's company popped up with good reviews. I gave Shawn a call to inquire about pricing and his price couldn't be beat. He was very communicative with pick up and flexible with time as well. Due to the gov shut down I had asked Shawn to pick us up an hour earlier and he was flexible with that. Shawn took great care of our family of 5 on our ride to and from the airport. Our departure flight was an early morning flight, with us leaving the house at 5:00am. He was here 15 mins early and got us there in perfect time. Our return flight was a last minute scheduling on my part but he was more than willing to accommodate! You can't beat the price, ~80.00 from San Diego International to Eastlake/Chula Vista, transporting my family with all luggage. On Time surpasses Uber and Lyft with the ability to schedule your ride well in advance of your trip, a functionality not offered by Uber or Lyft for larger vehicles. Shawn with On Time Shuttle Service provided my family of four excellent shuttle service. On our recent trip to San Diego he was at the airport waiting when we arrived. He drove us safely from San Diego to Carlsbad for our trip to Legoland. Once we arrived at the hotel he was kind enough to give us an extra lift to the front of our hotel room. Our return trip from Carlsbad back the airport was just as great. I was extremely nervousness that he was going to be late because our flight was at 6am. My family of six (including two toddlers with baby seats and seven pieces of luggages) used Shawn's service EARLY in the morning (400 AM to make a 630 flight) and we live far south in Chula Vista from where he resides..he texted us the night before, ensuring he would get us on time, and guess what? He was ten minutes early! His shuttle was clean (and I'm a germaphobe) and he was so friendly!! Also, his prices were very reasonable compared to the other shuttle services. Great experience, service and reliability. Shawn was great and picked up all 10 of us in PB about 40minutes after we called(10pm), on Labor Day Weekend at that. We were charged round trip per person which was a reasonable rate. After he dropped us off Downtown we agreed upon a place for him to pick us up and at what time. I texted Shawn to an hour before our scheduled pickup to change our pickup spot and he was there waiting with no issues. We used Shawn (On Time Shuttle Ride) for our family of 6 traveling from Chula Vista to San Diego Airport on our way to Cancun. Shawn kept the two child booster seats so we would have them for our return trip. He was on-time and provided a very clean van. We left early in the a.m. and he was there early. He texted us the day before our return flight to confirm. He was there when we returned. We chose this shuttle service because we didn't want to have to worry about our travels. Shawn lived up to previous reviews on Yelp. My one complaint would be his attitude when we paid him on our 1st leg of the shuttle. He had told us the price each way, not including tips. When we went to pay him, he said we didn't tip enough. He said he needed 20%. I wanted to tip him on our return leg making sure he would be there for the pick-up. read more

Shawn was great! We were flying out of San Diego and had 3 big suitcases and we were worried that if we got an uber we wouldn't know what kind of car would come. Uber suv was going to cost $70 I searched on yelp and found On Time and saw the reviews I gave them a try and didn't have to search anywhere else someone immediately answered and said yes to coming to get us with merely three hours in advance notice. I thought that was great ! Shawn saved us money by charging us only $59. Shawn helped with the luggages, had plenty of room in the van, it was very clean. He accommodated the temperature very well; got us there on time. He even offered to pick us up when we return so it was nice to go ahead and schedule it in advance this time with someone we are now familiar with and know provides great service. He was very easy to communicate with from the beginning, no surprises. I received reminder call the day before to confirm. He communicated exactly when to call him to notify of our arrival, and where he would be for pick up.
