The beer that Steve and I had was the Red Band which is a lager which I enjoy the majority of the time. Flavors to find with hopefully fun involved are malty, sweet (a natural sweetness probably from the flaked corn involved), hoppy, crisp and clean in the finish. Typical for this beer type it was light bodied also. Swag was indeed purchased here as I knew the likelihood of this happening was high and I got a very nifty t-shirt from the transaction.

It seemed like a risky choice but it is in the top risotto favors I've ever had. I was shocked at how fantastic it was. The egg roll burger was a special, that was also so good. We passed it a couple times around the block as we had no idea it was pretty much a garage like location built on a house. It's such a cool idea and very comfortable, relaxing environment. They had great beer choices! The coffee blonde was amazing and we also enjoyed the coconut beer. I closed my eyes and imagined the waves on my feet. I only know this because there was an older gentleman at the bar who said his dad used to work there. The space is super basic with just enough decor to make it really cozy as well. It's situated on the river, so if you're sitting at the end of the bar you can look out the window and see the water. They've kept the place pretty much intact from it's original use, which I think adds to the charm. The bar tender was super welcoming and friendly, and so was everyone around the small bar. I only had their West Coast IPA, and it was on point. When I'm back in Zanesville I will definitely return.
