That was super helpful as I needed the full Monday to Friday for working and that was easily accomplished here. I booked a queen room and was able to spread out my clothes on the second bed. The work desk is on wheels so there was plenty of room for both laptops and both extra screens. Their wifi worked well except for a blip on Friday morning when I had to use my hotspot. The hotel is located on the northern edge of town. A restaurant or two within walking distance but mostly you're driving a short distance. Breakfast in the morning was the usual scrambled eggs or premade omelettes with sausages or bacon, bread for toasting, fruits, yogurt, juices and a waffle maker. It was always there at 6:30 am and I brought it back to the room. This isn't a fancy hotel. Instead, it is a good hotel with friendly folks and clean quiet rooms. I have no complaints and would stay here again if I am ever in Pampa. [Review 16144 overall - 323 in Texas - 1650 of 2021.]

Not too surprising, as this place isn't quite up to the standards of a typical Hampton. It is probably still the best place to stay in town, although that's not saying much. The positives - check-in was quick and seamless and the room was mostly clean (though there were a few stains on the walls). A decent hotel if you just need somewhere to crash for the night. However, there were some issues - not a good place if you need to get work done, as the tiny desk is awkwardly small for a laptop. Also, the bed was hard and borderline uncomfortable. Most Hampton Inns are pretty good at providing Goldilocks beds (not too hard and not too soft). Overall, the room had the vibe of a Best Western, not quite a standard Hampton Inn.

This was our second visit to this hotel traveling from NM back to OK. We enjoyed this one…read morepreviously because there is very little road noise in this location. Staff has been friendly both times. It was very clean at this location too. Both times we were on a 3rd floor king standard room. The difference with this visit was there was no hanger bar or hangers in the closet area in 323. There were individual travel-sized bottles of shampoo and soap in the bathroom. Most of the Holiday Inns we visit have mounted dispensers with bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap to avoid plastic waste. There was only one decaf and one regular coffee pod next to the Keurig. Usually there are 2 caffeinated and 1decaf. It just didn't seem like the room was given the usual attention that we expect from Holiday Inn Express. Again, it was quiet and clean but the missing details are what is keeping me from giving this last visit a 5 star. It had been a ling drive day for us so we did not call the front desk. I'm sure they would've given us any item we needed. We were just too tired to mess with it.

When we got checked in and the hotel looks fine and we walk back to our room and initially things looked okay. The room seemed clean and it smelled find, you know, all the normal stuff but then we started noticing all the flies in our room but considering the time of year and where we were in Texas we were like, okay whatever we can kill a few (lets say 10) flies. Every time we opened the door more flies would make their way in however. Then we noticed there were cigarette burn holes in the comforter....again...the comforter appeared clean but they still had smoking rooms at this hotel so we figured it just got put in the wrong type of room but all the same it should have been taken out of circulation. So my husband complained about those two things and the front desk clerk did nothing. Then after dinner my husband went to use the bathroom and the light in the bathroom didn't work. Following that we noticed the TX had large pixleless lines running down the screen. You couldn't turn the TV on or off without the remote which only kind of worked and the fridge sounded like a bomber plane every time it turned on. We decided not to sleep under the covers because we just weren't sure about the cleanliness of the room at this point and luckily had our own sleeping bags with us. But, the very last straw was when we got up in the morning to shower and there was NO WATER. If I wasn't 8 months pregnant and we weren't exhausted, we wouldn't have stayed but I just wanted to sleep and go home. When I asked for a refund in the morning the front desk clerk told me that she could only offer me a 50% refund and then asked me a series of questions regarding what I had told her as if I am too stupid to figure out how to run a bath/shower.
