I've been coming here for a couple years now and I am always 100% satisfied. I'm really particular about my hair and when I leave here it's always cuts it exactly how I want! I have a weird and intense schedule and they ALWAYS find time to get me in. I've developed friendships with the workers because I feel so comfortable and respected while I'm here. The cleanliness and organization speaks a lot as well. They're always cleaning and redecorating to keep everything new and fresh - they even recently added a spa for facials and eyelashes and makeup etc.. and it looks awesome and the girl doing that is really friendly and welcoming. My girlfriend also gets her hair cut and colored here and she is complimented daily on it. I'd recommend Black Lotus to any of my friends, male or female. I've usually gotten my hair cut by Jenn, but i've had interactions with about everyone in the salon and they're all welcoming, sweet and professional. I won't go anywhere else! read more

Jenny, Hailley and Bridget are masters at hair color, cuts and makeup and are one of the best kept secrets in the area! I drive from Seattle to get my hair done here I love them THAT much! They make me look forward to coming into the salon to be pampered and every time I leave I get so many compliments. It's hard to find a stylist who gets the different colors of blonde and these gals have it down to perfection! The salon is an inviting warm space and each of the stylists make you feel welcome and I'm smiling and laughing the whole time I'm there. Jennifer and all her Lotus Girls are incredibly talented. By far the best place to go in the area. I personally drive 4 hours every two months just to get my hair done here. No matter if you want color, cut, extension, blow out, etc they will do a fantastic job! I have noticed that Jennifer hires only the most capable stylists to bring into her salon. Jennifer has out done herself with this Salon. Not only does she do a beautiful job her staff is amazing too with hair, makeup, color, extensions, Brazilian Blowouts, etc. Black Lotus is by far the most up to date with their expertise. My husband is a KNOWN diva and he refuses to see anyone else but Jenny, exactly every 6 weeks for his hair cuts. I also have very tricky hair to do (thick, unruly Asian hair) and Jenny is a master and taming my hair and making me look great.
