The shop in Springfield off Q Street is always clean, welcoming, and has great music playing, which makes the whole experience even better. The only small downside was their station is right next to the bathroom, could be a pro or con depending how you look at it.. someone used it during my tattoo and it wasn't the best smell, but that went away quickly!
