Then when the right tow truck company came in within 15 minutes of the call and took the vehicle and delivered it to its destination in 20 minutes from pick up from the new tow truck company this company calls says they are 10 minutes away to the pick up site. WHAT? 4 HOURS LATER? Why the insurance company dispatched them again is beyond me. Never use this company, poor communication and poor customer service.

I have been coming here for my routine service ever since. I have been coming to Holiday Auto Care for a few years now and am really comfortable with the level of service and prices! I am the perfect candidate for any car-related business that wants to rip off a customer; I admittedly do not know much about cars, and it shows. I am guilty of the "call dad to ask if something sounds reasonable or if I am being ripped off, then call the shop back to approve or push back" pattern whenever I get a quote for any form of service. That being said, at Holiday Auto Care, I have never felt ripped off or like my lack of knowledge is being taken advantage of. Paul and his team are always upfront with pricing and are honest in explaining which services are more urgent versus which can wait until the next service appointment. I also really appreciate the emphasis they place on overall vehicle safety. I feel confident in the mechanics here and get a sense of peace of mind since so many of the services come with warranties. Holiday Auto Care also offers a AAA discount on labor, typically has some coupons/specials on their website, and sends out promotions via post cards and emails. The discounts can make a significant difference when applied toward expensive services. The shop is no longer as convenient for me as it was when I first started coming here, but I will continue to come back for the service and fairness!

Damien and the team are absolutely amazing and they're the only shop that I will forever trust. I've dealt with SEVERAL shops in the area and even the BMW dealership with my car. Their price for services is extremely fair. On average I'm seeing other shops charge way more than what Prestige w/ Integrity charges. Hell, BMW quoted me $1700 for a valve cover gasket replacement. 2 popular shops in the area that work on German cars quoted me $950 and $1279. Prestige quoted me a little over $500. My car is nearing 20 years old and I fully expect major and minor issues. This summer, I had my fan go out. I called Damien for a quote. But figured it should be an easy fix and went on YouTube for a tutorial and tried to replace the fan myself. With the time and money I spent to get the tools and parts PLUS labor, I 100% should've gone to Prestige with Integrity. Their price was ridiculously fair. While it should've been an easy fix, just to get to the part took forever because of where it's located in my car. I've had really bad experiences at other auto shops over the years that left a bitter taste in my mouth towards all auto shops.
