This place is next level! I looked up ice cream shops while I was in McAllen and I am so thankful I stopped by for Froyo!! They have so many options to choose from (I feel like I got most of them). The service was okay it's very limited but it's not the workers fault. In terms of ambiance I wasn't a fan. There was depressing country music that didn't fit the vibe of the room. Besides my friends and I, there was only one other customer so it was a bit awkward. The frozen yogurt was really good and so were the toppings, however, I wish they had more options. I stopped by for frozen yogurt despite hearing warnings about the poor service. The first thing I noticed were the signs threatening extra charges for any drips on the tray--off-putting right away. I got two cups: the first was firm and good, but the second (plain and taro) was watery and clearly not how frozen yogurt should be. I let the staff know and asked if I could toss it and get a different flavor. Instead of being helpful, the cashier told me I'd be charged for whatever I threw out. I showed her the melted yogurt, but she just called the owner and spent nearly 10 minutes discussing it while I waited. I finally told her to cancel the problematic cup and just charge me for the other one. I really don't think it's unreasonable to expect not to pay for a subpar product. Whatever happened to the idea that the customer is at least somewhat right? A little kindness goes a long way--without it, people won't come back, and they will share their experience. read more

First off, great job on the sanitation practices. This place has a ton of options, I went in thinking just another yogurt place but NOPE! They have tea, smoothies, shots for fitness nuts and a few other fitness drinks to choose from. Very clean and great flavor options. First time I saw a dragon fruit and lychee flavor so of course I got that! Machines are clean and everything works well, most definitely recommend on the way to work or whatevs. read more

No website, but I figured maybe they were just newly placed. Asked if they were a chain, no answer. Asked for sample cups, I got one ha fed to me while the guy behind me grabbed the 4 extra she had In her hand LOL. He didn't want go get the chorizo. So, I said it says '40 flavors' ... "all in one sample cup ?" ... I looked up to see a sign that said ' if you spill in your Tray, YOU PAY"... not even hand written. They actually ordered and paid for it. When I turned around the girl was now going after every single sample and serving was made and using a cup to pump, and wipe the yogurt so it doesn't fall in the drain. They will not allow anyone in without a mask. As soon as you enter there is a small table with hand sanitizer and plastic gloves and a sign saying mask required. The arcade machines are off and the back seating area closed off as well as the swinging chairs closed off. Limited seating inside! There are large yogurt machines that you bring to bar to add your toppings. They also have an extensive menu on smoothies boba teas frozen gelato and some fruit bowls. I ordered a honeydew boba tea and the flavor was very good minus the boba not being sweetened. Next time I would omit the boba. My friend ordered a detox smoothie that had veggies and fruits, they really enjoyed it and said it tasted mostly of Apple! Giving two stars because their actual yogurt and products were good, but had three employees without masks in the store, including managers. I think it's a bit biased to make customers wear gloves and face masks meanwhile the people that actually prepare the stuff don't wear masks. ESPECIALLY during a covid pandemic. i was honestly taken aback by it. And this isn't the first time. the past three times i've visited, there is at least one employee near the prep without a face mask. read more

Great boba! This place has SO MANY OPTIONS, including plenty of fresh fruit, which is great and lacking in so many places. They also let you mix flavors, which is awesome, and the atmosphere is pretty chill. read more

Horrible service, our drink tasted really bad so we asked to switch it out but they refused to switch it, Jazmin Almanza was the person who served us, we purchased 5 drinks and they refused to switch the one drink, worst place to buy drinks. I wish I could put 0 stars. read more
