The employees are always prompt in arriving and are courteous and willing to explain what and why they did what they did. Jim senior ran a great business and shaped the business into what it is today. We have never questioned the bill and always felt that we were getting our money's worth. It is comforting to know that the people you hire are honest and trustworthy. Today I had an appointment to check my furnace. We noticed the house was getting cool and the furnace did not turn on. We had a lot of company for Easter and I believe my grandson probably turned the furnace switch off accidentally. The service man was at the house for about five minutes. I do understand that people do have to get paid for their time but my house is ten minutes from Henderson and the bill was more than eighty dollars ($80.00). That does seem excessive but I learned a lesson and will mark the switch better so it doesn't happen again. I will also ask how much they normally charge for a service call and how much they get paid per hour. I have faith in this business and recommend them very highly but will ask for an estimate before work begins. In my opinion you will not find a better contractor in the area.

The 1st time they came, they fixed the problem and guaranteed me that they world came back if the furnace stated to act up again. While they were fixing my furnace, they seemed more concerned about getting home as soon as possible and chipped my kitchen counter in the rush. I was not impressed, but was happy to have heat again. 5 days later, the furnace stopped working again. When Jim's came back I asked if he was going to charge me for this visit and was told no. The technetium told me there was water in the tank and all I needed was a bottle of HOT. I went out and bought the oil treatment and put it in my tank and now everything is working fine. A week later I received a bill. I had no problem with the bill and paid it. A few days after that, I got another bill for the second visit. I was being charged twice for the same job. When I called Jim's, they told me I was being charged for two different situations. I had the same problem, 5 days apart, and was guaranteed that they would come back if the problem continued. They refuse to lower the charges, and I have dropped them as my plumbing, heating, and electrical guys. I also want to add that while they worked on my furnace, they kept trying to scare me into upgrading. They told me that my tank was installed wrong, my fuel filter is in the wrong place, and told me that I better have it fixed soon before something breaks and all my fuel ends up on the ground. I have since then had another heating company come over and tell me otherwise. I don't like and don't trust these people, and wouldn't recommend them to anybody.

No response in over a month Mr Bolster failed to complete jobs he had contracted to do. Failed to complete and to and reasonable standard. Roof incomplete and bad leak over electricial service. Door poor quility build and not secured or finished. Roof and supports done incorrect - zero flashing and roof installed inproperly creating a hazard. Never installed insulation indoor porch - he removed, in August Had girlfriend over and in my garage - without permission, He furnished no reciepts - -bugged me for payment - accepted in full never to be seen again, blamed me He left unused material here - material ment for jobs to be completed. They left so much debris Ciggerette butts - weed stuff - nails everywhere - in where animals are kept. Debris from his buddy kicking my roofing in - not picking trash up He was paid in full - cash - he acknowlweges that- about $ 6000 total. He has posted my private pictures on social media - I requested they be removed - time of essence. A month later pictures still up - someone sent me copies today Mr Bolster has not reponded to BBB requests as required when complaint filled I have to get all this stuff fixed and am in worse position than when I started. *** note if you have anything around - they eye it all and talk about your stuff like it belongs to them. One in 2015 and one in 2016. We have had problems with both furnaces. Nathan kept making BS excuses as to why the furnaces were not preforming correctly. We ended up bringing in two other furnace repair people from two other furnace companies who explained to us that the installations were not correct for high efficiency propane furnaces. The rattling sound from one furnace was cause by an inadequate air supply. The exhaust for one of the furnaces was placed illegally close to a section of the roof above the exhaust. We had to pay another furnace company to fix these installation problems. Needless to say, look elsewhere for qualified furnace installation and repair.
