When the furnace failed a few days later, they provided a thorough proposal of the replacement costs and they refunded the cost of the earlier visit. Two of their technicians, Paul and Kacey, came the day before Thanksgiving, removed the old furnace, installed a new furnace, and cleaned up--all in less than five hours. One in 2015 and one in 2016. We have had problems with both furnaces. Nathan kept making BS excuses as to why the furnaces were not preforming correctly. We ended up bringing in two other furnace repair people from two other furnace companies who explained to us that the installations were not correct for high efficiency propane furnaces. The rattling sound from one furnace was cause by an inadequate air supply. The exhaust for one of the furnaces was placed illegally close to a section of the roof above the exhaust. We had to pay another furnace company to fix these installation problems. Needless to say, look elsewhere for qualified furnace installation and repair.

I had absolutely no idea our unit wasn't purchased from his business, but on the "marketplace". I don't know what that is. I never once went to his home and picked up the unit. I signed a contract, we had a date for the install, he came on the date - bringing the unit with him, and installed it. We shut it down for the winter and when we started it back up the following spring, it would only blow out warm air. Jim did come down to our home in June of that year with a temporary fix. He had to order a part , said it would be in quickly, and would be back to fix it. We never heard back so I messaged him several times. I was told he was working on a huge job and couldn't get to it just then. I waited a while and messaged him again. I was then told his family had suffered the devastating effects from the hurricane last year and he was helping them. I still have the messages I replied to him with stating my concern for them and to take care of his family. This spring rolls along and I messaged and called him with no reply. It wasn't until I placed this negative review on yelp that he finally came and fixed it. At no cost. Of course it's at no cost. He told us last year it was covered under warranty. Would not recommend.

Back in May their employee notice a serious problem, something I would not have noticed and could have severely injured me, apparently there had been an arc.
