Since its a dedicated class with everyone doing the same workout based on instructions and motivation from the trainer sometimes pushing yourself that much extra can be tricky and you will need to know at what point you can push yourself and at what point you need to take a step back and slow things a little. I personally in my first class almost got nauseous because to match up to everyone around me I pushed myself beyond what my body could handle.. Was not the brightest idea.. If you are someone who is thinking about it, I recommend signing up for a class to see if it works for you. You have 1 free class to try it out which you can call in to sign up or even sign up online and if you like it then you can look at their various plans and see the right fit..

I would give it three starts for that but this is why I'm giving it a 1. 1. I booked the class on mind body it said "pass available" During the middle of class Jenn was passed a note and told me to see the desk after class. Apparently my passes were expired but the app and the two studios still let me sign up without a problem, showing that I still had classes left to use! 2. The front desk woman was very nice as we walked through the steps that could have went wrong. She asked me for my credit card, I declined saying"I wouldn't have come if I didn't think I had a class available" seeing these classes are about $28 for a drop in. She understood and she said she would figure it out with the other studio tomorrow morning. 3. Morning comes and I get a call from the coach Jenn. She immediately asks me for my credit card info after I already informed her of the conversation stated above. She proceeds to tell me if I don't give her the card into she will just get it from the other studio I have been to. At that point I had to state very clearly and strongly I do not approve or condone her taking my credit card information . She then CONTINUES to say that someone has to pay for the visit. I tell her I understand but that will not be me seeing it was either due to; the app, her studio or the other studio. 4. I am also in the business of fitness and I have NEVER once seen this kind of pushy-ness or poor customer service. Believe me this has happened to me being the coach and I chalk it up because I want a happy customer and I fix the problem so the malfunction doesn't happen again. Truly haven't see this poor of customer service in years. Yikes!!!

It was a medium size class, so it felt intimate but not empty. The coach Brad was awesome and very positive with a killer playlist. The training room is a great place for group fitness classes, individual coaching and private sessions. They offer a variety of classes for those of all fitness levelsZ they will work with you individually to meet your goals. It is a very nice venue in a suburban shopping plaza. The price is very reasonable for the equipment, attention to detail, and personal fitness you're getting. It's a very welcoming environment with all those who attended made me feel like I was part of the community. I would one hundred percent recommend coming here if you're in the area or just visiting for business. There are also plenty of great food options right outside to help fuel you up after you kill that workout.

So we visited all of the locals and ultimately decided on Burlington being our "home" base. While the parking situation kind of sucks and it's filled with giant potholes, it's fairly easy to get into and out of and not super difficult to find, unlike the Woburn location. The machines have been updated recently which is a really nice touch, they must now have over 20 treadmills. I do hate how Apple basically made listening to television via wired headphones a thing of the past so keep that in mind if you have any of the new tech, you won't be able to plug into the machines and hear the ample bank of televisions. They also just updated the Black Card area with the water massage beds, a really nice touch since they didn't have them before. Glad to see they cut down on the tanning booths which are simply terrible for you. Free weights are in a nice and big area and I love the circuit trainer, especially throwing the medicine balls against the trampoline. Never heard any "lugheads" although there are some guys who strictly come here to get all muscled up, still a little intimidating when I'm using weights at like half the amount. Although not perfect, this location still blows away its competition in Woburn and if you live in either down, I highly recommend this one over the others. If you get the BF (which just had a $2/mo increase) membership, don't forget there is a nice one in Reading also.

Inviting and fun, and coaches are very good at making progressions/ regressions for workouts which makes the gym good for both experienced and beginners! 2. Programming - functional fitness program incorporating barbells, dumbbells, bodyweight, and circuits. I've been doing all sorts of workouts (CrossFit, calisthenics, running, hockey) for years and I'm still learning what some of these movements are (usually am unfamiliar with a funky core stabilizing movement). Workouts are 1 hour full body with a warm up, strength, and circuit. Also due to programming you are never waiting for equipment! Very efficient 1hr workout. 3.
