After he and his partner took some measurements he said he would get back to us with an estimate. A few days later he texted us with samples of his work and design options for our own job. His attention to communicating with us was top notch and we appreciated his focus on detail, as well as being flexible when we made some changes to the original design. When ready, he sent us a picture of what he had designed and we set up a time for installation. When it came time for installation, he and his partner were punctual, asked us to look over the placement of the railings for our approval before completing the job and then completed the installation neatly and professionally. Back then we had a 1986 Chevy Blazer. They were even unsure we would make it back to East Williamsburg with an intact car and materials. But none the less we told them load it up and they did. We drove carefully but that load had the car practically touching the street. We got alot of stares from pedestrians and other drivers. Materials and all we made it home. My father passed and I still can rely on the company. There are companies closer to me but either they don't have what I need or they relocate far. Omni may be far from me but they are reliable. If they don't have it they can give you just as satisfactory options. Do you want the whole piece, do you want them to cut to size and keep the left over pieces, etc. Prices to me are reasonable.
