We used Leo and his team to add some security to an outer, iron door in our Bushwick, Brooklyn house. We needed this job done quickly and securely as someone in the neighborhood had figured out how to reach through the iron bars of the "security" door and unlock it. They were actually storing their junk under the stair landing of our house! Leo was pleasant, thorough, understanding and responsive from start to finish. We had L. Torres Gate to repair our building railings which were rusted and needed parts welded back on. The railing hadn't been painted in many years. Steven and his team were meticulous! They spent the whole day scraping and painting. They made our railings look new. We have ornaments that needed to be painted a different color and they were very careful with that. Further e-mail correspondence with pictures of what I need to be done gave me a price before I agreed to have them come out for exact measurements. E-mail replies were quick and to the point.
