The rental employees are rude to customers, the new ownership won't allow walk-ins at all and, even after receiving gear, they won't allow customers to come in and tweak their sizing after 5 p.m. Basically, the store has developed an air of superiority that is very disrespectful and casts the entire ski resort in a negative light. It will be Christy's from here on out even though we get the 10% off at T-Sports. The new ownership just doesn't seem to care.
