Very poor experience in dealing with this company. I did not hire them (so I cannot speak to cost), but attended an event this valet service company was working. As most valets usually are at the end of an event, it was busy and I asked for a time estimate because I was responsible for picking up my child at another location and didn't want to be late. But if the time estimate was longer than anticipated I could make other arrangements to ensure my child was in safe hands. I was told the time estimate, which the valet greatly surpassed and when I followed up with the attendant he blamed the other guests at the event because "you all always come out at the same time." I was still calm and after that rude remark said I simply had needed to know the time to begin with and could make it work. It didn't help me having him make false promises. He became more rude, and unprofessional then proceeded to make passive aggressive comments. Other guests were shocked that the attendant would speak in that manner and suggested filing a complaint. Clearly, I personally wouldn't hire the company after this experience, since I assume if he was the man in charge then he isn't a great model for the other employees. Hopefully they remove him from his duty and find someone more responsible and respectful of the people they should be helping.
