WELL few days ago your new guy Majid was the one who washed/"dried" my clothes & well its a mess and Im completely dissatisfied after paying $163... HE DIDNT EVEN FOLD THE SOCKS!!! THEY ARE ALL THE SAME BLACK SOCK - NOT DIFFICULT!! when I came to get my clothes the 1st thing out of his mouth was that I "owed him a $100 tip for all these clothes, and he continued to tell me I need to do my laundry more often, he also informed me my dirty clothes were STINKY (I didnt know dirty clothes were supposed to be clean?), the folding job is HORRIBLE (has he never folded clothes before?), clothes all in NO ORDER whatsoever - I will have to re-fold the clothes and well THEY ARE STILL DAMP. I thought my $163 included them being 100% dry - that's how its done when Gina does it. My son got up this morning to go to work and his jeans were WET not damp = HORRIBLE! It's super easy to place an order on the webpage, and there is tight coordination around their text messaging and pickup/dropoff of clothes. It's important to note that this service is a bit expensive. Prices start at $50, and that's the minimum. We spent about $65 for sheets, a few towels and a load of laundry. Overall, we didn't feel it was a bad deal. Our clothes were folded neatly and tightly--and they smelled great. The reason for 4 stars is that the wait for the laundry to be returned (pickup in Thursday and dropoff on Monday) was a bit slower than desired. I'd love to see that sped up a bit. Finally, I've never been to the location itself so can't speak to it. The other reviews here seem to have that topic covered.
