With my fans being standard, I expected the final cost to fall at the lower end. After the work was completed, I was charged $390 for two fans ($195 per fan). When I called to ask the reasoning behind the price, I was unable to get a clear explanation. The only response I received was that $195 per fan is their standard price. So what about the price range i was quoted??? The male over the phone is the only male to give pricing to customers. All others are dispatchers. I received a quote from him, But he was adamant that I didnt speak with him. If $195 per fan is the standard rate, that should have been clearly communicated from the beginning so customers can make an informed decision. The installation itself was completed and paid for, but the misleading pricing and lack of clear communication left me dissatisfied with the overall experience.
