Too expensive! You can find cheaper vape products online or at other vape stores and they even want you to put your change in a bag to try flavors where most other vape stores you can try all different flavors, tanks and batteries at no charge. I had bought liquid here and the flavor didn't last long maybe due to the fact that the bottles they use are plastic and not glass. I think this place is a total rip off and they had no knowledge of half of the products I had mentioned to them. read more

This vape store is way too expensive, maybe because there are no other vape stores around the area? I have been on and off smoking and going through my phases of quitting and had given up on vaping because of the expense of it but it all came down to the quality of the devices and as well as the liquid and so I did my research and visited many vape stores within SC and GA and this store by far was the most expensive for non high quality devices and liquids. The liquid I had bought was 14.99 30ml plastic bottle. It lasted me (being an occasional vaper) a week and a half.. now that being said.. smoking cigars, or cigs would be cheaper just by the amount of their prices on their liquid. I had seen at most other vape stores good quality liquids in glass bottles and the flavor lasts longer and it is cheaper. The flavor of the 14.99 30ml lasted halfway through the plastic bottle. I would just recommend for first time vapers to do your research before impulsively going to a random vape store and wasting money on items that will not benefit you especially if your trying to quit smoking because for me going from one addiction to another is not exactly quitting and if your going to be spending the same amount of money on vape products as you were on smokes then what is the point?? Find a good quality vape store and it will be cheaper and possibly healthier for you. read more

I will say this: He does hire a great staff. Employees there are knowledgeable and friendly. But the owner is more concerned about saving the 50 bucks on a defective product than he is about future sales and referrals. I have a V8 that was leaking none stop. I had it serviced several times and was ready to give up, turn it in for the warranty, and apply that to the purchase of an upgraded vape. Owner did not want to do that. Instead insisted that only the tank be replaced with the exact same one (I didn't even get to keep the box) and the staff had to try it out before I could take it and leave. He also insisted I leave my contact information in case the tank I'd left wasn't defective after all. Customer service needs work. If a customer brings you a defective product, don't blame them. I was willing to spend more money on a new bigger device. Instead he insists I take another product out of inventory. He lost out on that deal, and further business. And all of this was handled over the phone by his staff. I can see why he doesn't come in. read more

Purchased a complete kit a few weeks ago, the young lady couldn't have been more helpful. I am a new user and this cost $110.00. I went back the next day because all my juice had leaked out overnight. As soon as she saw it was me, she scurried into the break room and left me with another young lady. My husband went in yesterday as we are still having a leaking problem, they gave him multiple reasons why. Today, still leaking, my husband called and asked to speak with the person from yesterday by name, he was put on hold, after 15 minutes he hung up. Called back and left a message on the machine, you guessed it, four hours later no call. I'm not very impressed with Blackbeard Vapors customer service at this point. read more
