He answered the phone and addressed the customer politely before asking me how I am doing I say not so good, I have a flat - he said let's walk out and see what's going on. After he looked at the tire he showed me the age of the tire and the nail that was in the corner of the side and offered to see what he had in this size It was late in the afternoon and all of technician were busy so Mr Nathan went out and install them himself so I could be done in an hour. Funny thing, we moved from the north and had just had our winter tires replaced with summer and had been told by a reliable dealership less than a month before that we had plenty of tread. Stated this to the person trying to upsell us and the rep said, 'Oh, I have not looked at the car personally, let me go check.'. On the check, all was well...imagine that. Took the car to a dealership--Blackburn's Nissan--and they said we had 6, 7, and 8 / 32nds on the tires Firestone wanted us to change. My only wonder is why I am not reporting this Firestone to the Attorney General. I'll just assume they may have been confused or something. But as I said, don't walk, run AWAY from this place.
