I have been going back for the past week and a half and I feel like my old self I cannot think Dr. Micheal's enough. I will continue seeing her. I gave her five solid stars.

Absolutely life changing. Dr. Wilson has healed 2 years of pain (rooted in stress, postural issues,…read morepregnancy) in my neck that I thought would never resolve. I was hesitant to chiropractic care when I started with his practice 9 months ago. Dr. Wilson takes a gentle approach and treats the mind and body. He LISTENS to his patients and does the detective work to find root causes for pain and inflammation. He goes above and beyond adjustments, providing recommendations for diet changes and lifestyle choices to support healing. I started with him when I was pregnant and he has supported me emotionally and physically throughout my postpartum struggles. I have now trusted him with my 4 month old infant and continue to recommend him to family and friends. He is a phenomenal chiropractor, healer, (therapist? lol) and human being. I honestly don't know where I would be without his expertise and compassionate care. Thank you Thorassic Park and Dr. Wilson for helping me get back to being ME. An answer to years of prayer.

I am updating my review after getting care from this place four times. Their office staff…read moredefinitely needs to learn some manners on my second visit. I paid for three visits in a row and on my last visit they're arguing with me telling me I only paid them $50 when the girl who rang me up was sitting right there. I told them several times I've already paid you guys and I'm not paying you again again they continue to argue with me. The lady goes back gets the receipt from the day. I was there and sure enough she pulls my receipt $150.. Now for the care. I come from Colorado and they're the chiropractors really take care of their patients in terms of doing what's needed to give them relief. Here they're very limited. I have a herniated disc L5 S1 so I need a flexion distention table and a chiropractor willing to get in there and do manual manipulation. Number one this place doesn't have that table number two. They don't do manual manipulation like that. They only do the cracking adjustments so if you were looking for quality care above and beyond, just the cracking adjustments, don't come here they will nickel and dime you have to pay extra for a traction table, acupuncture, and massage. And not 10 or $15 like $50-$70. So if you're looking for a place that puts patience care and quality of care above the dollar bill don't come here. I do have to say that Leah Moss the chiropractor there is so sweet and so nice and I feel like she really tries and she wants to help but that facility really just doesn't give her the tools to go above and beyond for her patients. Because of the lack of tools in willingness to go above and beyond for their patients, I will not be coming back here. But I do want make a point if Leah was working at another facility that did give her those tools where she can truly care for her patients and give them the quality service. They deserve, I would absolutely go see her.

I sought care from this practice after clearly disclosing several limiting disabilities and…read morecommunication needs. Dr. Kendra Durham stated during my initial visit that she had experience treating my condition and that she had successfully treated other patients with similar issues. Based on those assurances, I proceeded with care. Over time, it became clear that my condition was not well understood. Treatment recommendations were repeatedly inappropriate for my limitations, and weeks into care Dr. Durham acknowledged that she would need to research how to treat my condition. Reasonable accommodations required under the ADA were not consistently provided, despite repeated disclosure and requests, and concerns about communication and safety were minimized rather than addressed. I later submitted a formal written complaint outlining these issues and never received a response from the practice. I do want to note that the front desk staff were consistently kind and professional. Unfortunately, my overall experience was deeply disappointing, and I hope this feedback leads to improved ADA compliance and patient care.

They have cultivated an atmosphere of relaxation 2) the front desk is welcoming, friendly, and polite 3) the masseur, Nicole, was wonderful. She knew exactly when to go deeper and when to stay more shallow. I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage and it was wonderful! Nicole was great all around but excelled further with an 11/10 on legs, feet, and arms. Strongly recommend her for a massage anytime 4) pricing is good Negative: 1) they ran behind schedule by 11 minutes however that didn't take away any time from my 60 minute massage. If this is the only problem, this place overtly deserves its five star rating.
