I might as well have saved my money and did my exercises at home. What an ureputable company....beware!…read more Without going into a long story. This was taken over in January by a new owner. They are not participating in my insurance network, yet never told me this. My usb and wet last Nov and I needed PT after a procedure in March this year. I went, we specifically discussed my co pay, did I have one? Visits under my insurance plan, oh...I needn't worry I had plenty and they had me coming for 2 1/2 months. Never filed one claim until I stopped going at which time they filed a claim, nothing was covered and they billed me over $1,000 which of course I was assuming was all covered under my insurance as my husbands was 4 months ago. They constantly tried to get me to use other methods, that I had no idea was additional cost, like dry needling, dry cupping, which i did do twice, and it was so reflected at a much larger cost than the regular therapy all....which not one person said would be me paying, 1) out of my pocket, and 2) not covered again under my insurance. They took my insurance card day one, made a copy and I even discussed another p,ace and insurance and co pay and everything prior to coming to them. They never informed me it was not covered. They are manipulative, devious and I feel they used illegal practices by not informing me immediately that I was not covered under insurance at their establishment and said they didn't see a co-pay...huh? and holding back submission to my insurance company until I was no longer using them. Beware! Terrible practice and I do plan to pursue legal measures....that's duping your clients. I would never recommend them -

I was tied of having a…read moredoctor with one hand on the doorknob as I talked to them, as well as regardless of several years of visits, they did not know my name, nor bother to read the 20 page forms on my medical history I was forced to fill out. Then, we both (spouse and I) switched to Palma Sola Medical Associates. The office reminded me of the doctors of years ago, though equipped with all the bells and whistles! Not only does the doctor, Doctors assistant and nurse practitioner know our names, all the girls I'm the office do as well! Often times, out of the blue, I will get a call from the doctors assistant concerning something I may have mentioned at a visit! Always having a solution to whatever I may have mentioned. They keep impeccable records and actually read them! Always keeping in close touch with whatever specialist we are seeing as well. There is also a girl in the office that is a genius working with insurance companies! No more waiting for an hour on hold with insurance issues for us!!! I am currently 65 years old and have never had a doctor or practice as wonderful as they are!
