I sought care from this practice after clearly disclosing several limiting disabilities and communication needs. Dr. Kendra Durham stated during my initial visit that she had experience treating my condition and that she had successfully treated other patients with similar issues. Based on those assurances, I proceeded with care. Over time, it became clear that my condition was not well understood. Treatment recommendations were repeatedly inappropriate for my limitations, and weeks into care Dr. Durham acknowledged that she would need to research how to treat my condition. Reasonable accommodations required under the ADA were not consistently provided, despite repeated disclosure and requests, and concerns about communication and safety were minimized rather than addressed. I later submitted a formal written complaint outlining these issues and never received a response from the practice. I do want to note that the front desk staff were consistently kind and professional. Unfortunately, my overall experience was deeply disappointing, and I hope this feedback leads to improved ADA compliance and patient care. read more

These people have gadgets that beep, beds that rise from the dead, and something called a "drop table" that felt like the best surprise party my lumbar region has ever experienced. They thwack and tap and roll and adjust until you're not sure if you just got chiropractic care or participated in a very gentle exorcism. Either way, 10/10, no notes. Also, and this is HUGE: no shady "sign-your-life-away" sales pitch. No guilt trips. No weird contracts. There was practically no wait for an appointment and the new patient process was easy & thoroughly detailed. I came in understanding the process, fully aware that the initial visit would (should) not include an adjustment because it's of the utmost importance to assess exactly what they are working with before providing care. They put their heads together as a team of spinal care professionals to produce a treatment plan specifically designed for my needs. THAT IS TOP TIER CARE if you ask me. Dr. Alexa took a detailed account of my medical history, accidents, injuries, & conditions while on the next visit Dr. Kendra sat beside me, went over each xray, pointed out/explained all the areas of concern, and throughly discussed the treatment plan for me. LOVING the "if you don't like it we'll work around it" policy . Now I'm only 2 visits in right now however both visits went as I anticipated, and I feel exactly how I should after the 1st adjustment. And then there was follow up; Dr Kendra so kindly called me at the end of her busy day to see how I was feeling and get some feedback. I mean, come on, it doesn't get better than that! I'm certain I'll feel a major improvement in no time.
