I have been using Blackhorse Limo service for over the past when I am in Houston and Galveston on business or for family fun. Nikki has been an enormous help with arranging transportation for my company and my family. She quickly responds to any request and always meets my needs. The vehicles are spotless. The drivers are polite and courteous and professionally dressed. They arrive promptly, work with any 'route' changes or requests and get us where we are going safely and on time. Nick is my favorite driver and Nikki lines him up with me anytime it is possible. He has driven me all over Houston and to and from Galveston. Nick is jovial, good humored and fun. My now Husband and I had a wonderful experience and of course we know its not easy dealing with Bridezillas, lol such as me, and still our day was amazing and we highly recommend Blackhorse Limo as they were the only company to offer one-way wedding transfers when other companies tried to lock us in for a full days rate. Again, I have zero complaints and we still use them for Texans Games and Concerts. I actually text their reservations line and they get it going....most of the stuff they text and it will just upload for you. I understand that phones are always busy and especially during peak seasons such as our was during Homecoming Season, so we understood phones were always busy, no big deal as long as our information was promptly updated and thank God it was, nonethless our photos were Fabulous and the of course their prices were very reasonable..We are very happy and we LOVE BLACKHORSE LIMO! read more

I got cancelled by a shady limo company hours before my event i was so stressed out i didn't know what to do. i was given the the number to BlackHorse Limo and OMG i was connected with a very nice and compassionate young lady by the name of Nikki she worked overtime to help me out. She got off work during a storm when she made it home she didn't stop she helped me get booked and she made sure i was taken care of. I had the most positive experience using this company. Nikki answered all my questions promptly and was professional and courteous all the time. Their prices are very reasonable. Nikki immediately worked out a replacement limo when my assigned white limo was not going to be available. We reserved a limo for our son and his friends for prom. Nikki was very helpful and quick to respond. I had to change the pickup time a few days before prom, and she made it very easy. She called, emailed, and texted me throughout the reservation and payment process. I really appreciated her communication. Nick, the driver, was just as amazing. We are very happy to have used Blackhorse Limo, Cassandra set everything up and was very efficient. The driver (John) was on time for our trip to the airport, he let us know he was on the way so we didn't have to worry and was helpful and friendly. We had planned a pickup at the airport for our return a month later, when we landed there was a text message from our driver (Joshua) to let us know he was waiting in the meeting area at the airport, he too was great and very helpful with our bags. I surprised my Fiancé with a limo ride to DT Houston for an evening of dinner and sites! This was my first experience with a Limo in the area and they are close to the Magnolia area. I celebrated my birthday on the Blackhorse Limo party bus with 20 close friends. It was HANDS DOWN the best birthday party I've ever had. We traveled from The Woodlands to downtown Houston. Our driver was kind and courteous. The bus was clean, the speaker system was loud and had an AUX cord to ensure we could play our music, and it became a dance party on the bus.
