The sale was taken over by David who was prompt with setting up a delivery and great to speak with. The delivery was on time with only one minor hiccup. The back of the seat had a minor tear in it. I sent a picture to David who immediately apologized and advised he would get me a new seat cover ASAP. Within ten minutes David contacted me again to advise that the cover had been ordered and was on the way. That's customer service you just don't see very often anymore ! Mr. Costlow answered all my questions and treated me like I was purchasing a 250k Loader. He told me my new tractor would be delivered the next day Saturday the 21st before 12 noon by one of their employees. He called me to let me know his delivery person was not there to deliver it on Saturday and he personally would brig it to my home. Mr. Costlow used his personal vehicle to make the delivery. This kind of service is unheard of nowadays. He was not in any hurry going over the proper operation of the machine and told me when I want to remove the bucket he would come back to my house to show me how its done the first time, WOW!. Now that is an outstanding employee that should be commended for his dedication to United AG. The whole process to make this purchase was about a half-hour. Thank you, Mr. Costlow, for your professionalism and knowledge of the John Deere line of tractors and implements.
