This venue is run by dishonest owners and unprofessional staff who have no business taking people's money. Our wedding experience was completely ruined by their disorganization, lies, and lack of basic respect. And they still haven't returned our deposit over a month later. Here's what really happened: The AC in the venue and women's restroom didn't work. We had to ask Denise and her mother, who are referred to as Sherrie's "assistants", to turn it on. That's when they finally admitted it was broken. They told our DJ to shut everything down at 12 AM even though we paid for the party to go until 1 AM. That was clearly stated in the contract. Then they came in at 11:30 PM, while we still had an hour and a half left, and started cleaning one side of the venue that was already empty. They made our family feel like they had to start wrapping up early. That's beyond disrespectful. They lied and said the bartenders took their trash bags. But we witnessed Denise's mother take them back. Then they told us we had to bring our own, clean everything up, and reset the venue ourselves. That was never in the contract. The day before the wedding, they randomly demanded we resubmit insurance and certification forms we had already turned in. They were unorganized from day one. When we arrived at 3:45 PM, Denise and her mother were still cleaning the restrooms. That was 15 minutes before the wedding started. Completely unprepared. Communication with Sherrie, one of the owners, has been a joke. She gave us excuse after excuse. First it was "we'll get back to you," then nothing. And Randy, the other owner, stays quiet and plays dumb while dodging accountability. They even lied to people and said they were siblings when they're actually married. That's just weird and shady. Every single review says the same thing. "They ignore you. They don't give the deposit back. They make you do everything yourself. Then they disappear." We were respectful. We handled our part. We gave them too much grace. But they failed us. So now the truth is going public. If you're thinking about booking this venue, don't do it. If you're a vendor, don't work with them. If you've had an experience with Randy, Sherrie, Denise, or her mother, speak up. Let this be your warning. They messed with the wrong couple.

The selections were all so different and that was awesome. I was expecting more home style food and it wasn't. The variety was really refreshing to see. The service was great and we had a really personable waitress. That's always nice. It was really clean and tidy inside including the restroom. Now the food was so so so good. There was a beautiful chapel back in the woods, a little bit away from the noise of the parking lot, then there was a stage for the DJ or band next to the dance floor and lots of tables in a little pavilion area and restrooms indoors. My aunt said the venue was great to work with, even as they were figuring out some of the things for the first time, like installing their first permanent dance floor. We all had so much fun!
