Once in the wash, the machine cracked our windshield - there was zero damage prior. Upon exiting, we stopped and showed the employees the damage. They had us submit a claim form and said they'd get back to us. Fast forward, they sent an email stating they weren't liable and went into a diatribe about how this is how "tempered glass works" (Windshields aren't made of tempered glass, they are laminated glass). When I pushed back and told them I expected them to fix it or pay our deductible they refused.I contacted my insurance company and they said that the deductible is $250 and it could potentially raise our insurance rates if I file a claim. They refuse to take responsibility. I have contacted the Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau, and will make sure to tell everyone to NEVER EVER TAKE THEIR VEHICLE TO ECLIPSE CAR WASH OR ANY OTHER CAR WASH THEY OWN (they own many). Buyer beware - this is NOT how you do business.

I paid the $11.00 fee for the BEST wash available that was supposed to DOUBLE WASH my Colorado Pick-up truck and CLEAN THE TIRES! WELL, not only did the tires NOT get cleaned, neither did the TRUCK!!! NOT only that but there was soap left on the truck as the information lights told me to PULL FORWARD......to EXIT the car wash! I had to stop at a self service car wash on my way home, just east of Highland, IL to wash the soap and DIRT off the TRUCK I HAD JUST PAID $11.00 to have SUPER DELUX WASHED, INCLUDING TIRES!! It's real hit or miss. After selecting my wash preference, and inserting my credit card - nothing happens. I wait thinking it's delaying the transaction. Nothing. I cancel that transaction. Repeat the process. Nada. Try again. Cancel the transaction-again. At this point I give up and back out and away. Executive Car Wash?? What a misnomer. I'll just bypass Executive and drive to Edwardsville for a car wash from here on out.

There was very little difference in the car between going in and coming out, other than the dirt was wet. There is no attendant on duty and the only phone number I was able to find for this car wash appears to go to a fax machine. I will continue to try to get the $8 fee refunded or the charge to my credit card reversed.

The blow dryers as you're exiting the car wash only blow in the water around which means if you don't want water spots you have to stop and dry the whole vehicle off after going through. (Very frustrating). After I was done drying my vehicle off, I went to go vacuum it, and it took five vacuums to find one that was working. Which is an improvement from last time when it took 6. Being a newer car wash, you would think maintenance would be top-of-the-line. I'll give it a couple more tries, Then it will be time to shop around town.
