I would not send my worst enemy to this place. My daughter needed a tow. We could see this towing company from her car. (Rt 159.) We were encouraged by a local cop to use this company. (im sure he got a kickback) We were charged $360! wtf!? Mr Cross treated us like dirt. Very rude, Very unprofessional. Very demeaning. When I inquired as to the high cost of the tow, He said in a very catty voice, and I quote, "Look Mr. Im not trying to run a charity here. I'm running a business." Her car was totaled in an accident. It was the start of a holiday weekend. I asked if we could pick up the car the on monday. We were informed that every day the car sat at his business we would be charged $160 (if my memory serves me right) When we went to clear her belongings out of her car he tried to insist that they were now his property even though we had payed the bill. read more

If you have a diesel truck DO NOT go here. They are friendly and easy to work with but have absolutely no idea about fixing basic issues on a f350. I had to spend additional $1,400 at another shop getting my truck fixed after they got done with it. I have also had a lot of issues with them not being able to troubleshoot the reason for my cars misfiring. read more

We loved working with Cross Auto Body. The office staff is professional and helpful. The repairs were made in the time we were quoted and they worked directly with our insurance company. They really went the extra mile by detailing the inside of our car and cleaning the rims too even though our repairs were just for body work.
