He was emailed a detailed quote explaining the steps with a cost breakdown but told this was a maximum. He dropped off the car at the scheduled time. Within two hours it was ready for pickup. The invoice showed that he was not charged for some of the steps. On the way home a warning light came on so he took it back. The problem was immediately recognized and resolved. Communication was great. Their estimate was detailed and indicated a worst-case scenario. They were honest about what was actually done and the final cost was reduced accordingly.
