Be very careful with this business. I dropped off my company's generator to get looked at and even signed a paper asking to be contacted before any repairs were done. Three days later they called and said it was fixed and that my company owes over a thousand dollars. The owner saw no problem with doing the work without discussing anything with us first. The owner also lied and told my co-worker I "expressed urgency to get it fixed" ... We didn't need it for at least two weeks. Regardless, we should have been contacted to know what needed to be fixed and informed of the amount. Their excuses are unprofessional and show a lack of any accountability. All we wanted from the situation was an apology or some sort of understanding which the owner refused. read more

Took my generator to be looked at and a few days later they contacted me. I was told that they ordered parts to fix it. At that time I asked the person on the phone how much it would be to get fixed. I was told they would get with the technician and let me know. The very next day I received a phone call stating that it has been fixed and it will cost $1,200. I did not receive an estimate before hand, which I requested, nor did I agree to any repairs. When I talked to the technician who also happens to be the owner to explain the situation he basically told me if I didn't like it to go some where else next time. He refused to apologize or accept any lack of communication or wrong doing on their part. His argument was that "the person that dropped it off wanted it fixed". He was extremely rude and unsympathetic to the fact that I felt I had been cheated out of the right to refuse service or get a second opinion. I have never had a situation where I drop something off to get diagnosed for repair and they just go ahead repair it and charge you before discussing and agreeing on that repair. We even signed a paper stating we would like a call before repair reaching any amount for further repair approval. Honestly, I picked up the generator today and it seems to be running fine. I just genuinely wish the business would have taken responsibility for their part and lack of communication. read more

To put this as short as possible, I sent a machine for repairs to this company because it was suggested to me by my machines manufacturer. I sent the machine for repairs and expected a labor charge because parts were still covered within warranty. I dropped off and was told I would get a callback with updates. Two days passed and I had not heard from them so I called and asked for an update and was told no update yet, so when I asked to be informed of any billing BEFORE work was done so I could accept or decline they agreed to call me back with info. A week or so passed and I finally get a call telling me work is done and it is over $400 for said repairs.. This machine is only worth $250 NEW at the store. I have original receipts where I purchased. Since I am declining the costs they said the machine was already repaired and now I cannot get my machine back unless I pay,.. I will not pay more than what this machine is worth NEW.. based of their google and Yelp reviews I am not the only one they have done this too. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.. read more
