This took place in February or March 2026, and it's now early May, so unfortunately I don't remember the repairman's name, as I would definitely give him kudos for his workmanship & pleasant demeanor. The repairman who came out was very efficient & candid about what had happened & what needed to be done. It ended up being a particular fuse that sat immediately behind the control panel had failed, & it just required replacement. There was an entire litany of things that could've gone wrong with it, & he could've quoted me on several of those things, replaced them & charged me exorbitantly for the parts & labor. But... he did not. He was very honest with me & even educated me a little while he checked other parts ( mainly a different fuse on the back of the oven ) to make sure they were functional before he left. I most certainly would use Adam's Appliance Repair. Unfortunately for Yelp, I won't be needing their services in seeking an appliance repair service company - I've found who I'm sticking with hereafter!!

This greatly affected my budget as We had to eat out (family of 4) for breakfast, lunch, and dinner the entire time because I was told that we had to unplug my refrigerator until the new part came in. With the cost that I spent on the part and the food for the family I could have bought a new refrigerator. Very frustrating. The only redeeming feature is that once I was able to speak with the someone they were kind, but I didn't get a discount for all of my trouble.

I told her we would be in within an hour. when we were less than a mile away she called and said nobody was there for us to leave it by the gate and they would get it put inside when they got back. I told her we didn't feel comfortable just leaving it by a busy street so we would bring it back when they got back in the office. She said okay they would be back in an hour! We should up an hour later to drop off and she then told me that nobody could help us unload it. My husband and I unloaded it. I waited 5 days and didn't hear anything so I called and got a record and left a message. I did not receive a call back so the next business day I called again. Talked to Brenda she told me what they found and she would call back with prices if we wanted it fixed! She called me back and we agreed to have it fixed! Went to pick up the dryer and got it home to my husband noticing that they didn't give us the power cord. So I called and Brenda said to come up the next day and she would get us a new one! I went up the next day got the power cord got it home and my husband hooked it up... but the dryer was STILL not working! Called them and they sent Wes out to look at it! He found a connector wasn't properly on right! Went to wash clothes the next day and the dang thing isn't heating! I called and Brenda told me that Wes had said it wasn't hooked up correctly (which was 100% incorrect info). At this point Brenda agreed to refund my $250 that they charged me to "fix" my dryer and they would come get the parts on Monday. I cancel my Monday evening plans and nobody shows up. Brenda calls me Tuesday late afternoon and wanted to come get the parts. I told her I had plans and I wasn't canceling them! I told her they can come Wednesday after 3:30. She agrees to that. Wes shows up at my house at 10:55 AM. I told him we weren't home and that I had told Brenda we would be home after 3:30! He said well Brenda scheduled me to come out at 11! He did come back at 3:30 to get the parts! Stay far far away from this place!
