I understand that the class is an elective but this should be a required course by the time they graduate and knowing how to work a check book. The creator has a strong vision for what she hopes the school will be. They used to be located at evangel cathedral and so this is their first year here in this building. They have more than doubled in size. They offer classes from kindergarten through 10th grade. If they communicated better one on one, I would give it a higher score. but as it is, they find excuses to respond to parent concerns (powerschool is down and we couldn't find the physical paperwork for the parent). They're quick to tout all the great things they're doing - and they are - but they remove the concerns parents post on their FB page and they won't answer the phone or return calls to parents calling up there. they also don't provide lockers for older kids. Teacher even said that it's not a priority, as her child didn't seem to have a problem with it last year. Well, I guess if her child didn't have a problem, then that speaks for all kids, huh?

Every year the school is making…read morechanges to improve the education experience for their students, plus making drop off and pick up of students easier (even though some parents think they are privileged and rules don't apply to them) but those of us who do find the changes much safer for our children, for example, the dismissal process is the best ( the school is drop off and pick up only no busses) you don't wait forever in the carline. Enough about that. The entire staff from the office down to the custodian is the most friendly staff you could have at a school. So if you're looking for a new school or just starting out keep the jaguars in mind you won't be disappointed my girls have learned so much here plus they are always doing some kind of fun activities.
