The prices were high to begin with and then they tried to screw me by hitting me for all the extra charges that were part of the original deal. For example, they didn't know they were going to need adhesive for tile? The attitude was terrible, they were extremely difficult to work with. It took weeks to get them to put estimates together because everyone has reduced hours, supposedly because of the economy. I used them for wood flooring and tile work. I wouldn't use them if they were the last business on earth. I never bother to write reviews but i couldn't let someone else endure this if it could be avoided. Avoid these people at all cost. Lowes in Gilford is very friendly, has good prices, provides estimates promptly and shows up exactly when they say they will. I am in my fifties and have owned and renovated several homes and this is literally the single worst experience with a small business I have ever had.

We mentioned that we may have a few rentals here and there, and Barbara turned extremely rude and refused to provide service because of the rentals. She offered her opinion that our house would be trashed, party central, 15 people sleeping here (it's a small 3 bedroom), and that we would have an excess amount of trash. We've had multiple rental properties in the past and recognize the risks, and take the appropriate actions to mitigate these risks. Unfortunately we will have to look elsewhere for service. I had high hopes after reading previous reviews, but unfortunately this was not my experience.
