Thanks to the recommendation of an Uber driver who remarked about the beer list and live music, I decided to check out this place while walking around Redmond. Located off the highway and nearby other excellent bars, breweries, and restaurants, Blacksmith Public House was a fun stop on my last trip. The night I was in was karaoke night, but completely different from what I was used to - country. I got the sense of what the town and area is like by the toe tapping, heal stomping tunes being belted out. People were having a great time with food, drinks, dancing, and singing. They also do have a great tap list of mostly local beers and national staples, plus hard drinks. Prices were reasonable. The staff and other patrons were welcoming and fun, glad to have found it and hope to return someday.

New tap room/food truck lot, like Redmond needed another. This one is located within spitting distance of General Duffy's and Wild Ride, with the High Desert Music Hall just a few blocks away. That said, it's well laid out and offers (currently) a nice array of food trucks. - Decent tap list. Not stellar for the area though. - Music is loud, too loud and the bands maybe are not our cup of tea. - Parking is non-existent and with General Duffy's right there, can be tight. You'll probably have to walk a few blocks, maybe. Not a big deal.

Visited as an "out of towner". Great setup and happy to visit on a night with live music. Food trucks were great. Drinks were good but the pours were VERY weak. Tried several different options and watched the bartenders. Weak!

Such a fun atmosphere, and a great client to staff ratio! You always feel welcome, and there was always something new and exciting going on. Very great selection of drinks and food along with entertainment. Highly recommend.

I love this place! The bartenders are always nice. Strong drinks. The space is visual appealing, clean and feels open. The food carts are all really good. My favorite is the pizza cart. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Excellent food and "off the chain" entertainment! Recommend this place to anyone. Rod De George was a MUST see!

There are several food trucks to choose from. The food I had was good. Large outdoor and indoor area. Good cocktails, very friendly service.

Nice music, although somewhat too loud. Good selection of drink options and can seat a good crowd.

there is a great selection of food trucks, my favorite is Cascade Alchemy bowls, and they have great drinks available - alcoholic and nonalcoholic.

I had a half order of biscuits and gravy (everything made from scratch, that was obvious!)...delightfully spicy and the perfect amount (still had leftovers!). My husband had the pancake, eggs, and bacon - perfect portion and delicious pancake! We had to get some cinnamon rolls to go...if you like cinnamon rolls, you need to snag one, totally worth the extra calories!

I know on a Sunday at 10am, there were lots of indoor and outdoor tables available. I know this because I saw them, and then they tried to put me, a solo diner, at a table in the corner of the main "hallway" between the dining areas where two seats face a wall. There would constantly be the entire restaurant at my back, every new diner walking behind me, everyone leaving would be behind me. Every wait person walking back and forth, completely while I stared at the wall. I'm really unsure of why anyone would ever want to sit in this seat. And that's where they wanted me. With LOTS of tables available. I didn't sit there. I was "upgraded" to the same setup, only this time I got to be with my back to a family of 10, reunioning, with lots of screaming kids. That's cool. They need to eat too. But I love that I get selected to be the intimate companion in this tiny room with lots of other tables available. Like the two 2-tops in the front room. Wait staff largely ignored me after someone dumped off water, got drinks for the big table, left, came back, took their order. And that took a while because all that time they had to look at the menu meant they had to ask about six items and then consult the 3 year old for their opinion. Which seemed to take a lot of interpretation. Then the wait staff left. She did touch my shoulder (since my back was to this table, I couldn't see. Which did not make me feel good, frankly) and said she'd be back. She did eventually after taking care of the table behind. I ordered the chicken fried steak with gravy on the side, eggs over hard, and a biscuit upgrade. The screaming child provided ambient noise. That was lovely, especially with the little room I was in reverberating the concert since the parents felt this was a valuable addition to the breakfast. So my food did come pretty fast, I'll say that. The eggs were underseasoned but okay. The biscuit was pretty good and the potatoes were definitely fried potatoes. I saw four slivers of onion in them but they were unseasoned fried potatoes. The chicken fries steak...well, if it didn't come from frozen, I'd be surprised. It was food. It wasn't horrible. The wait staff did refill my soda without asking, and gave me a to go cup, which was really nice. Overall, the experience wasn't great and the food wasn't good enough for me to come back. That said, I'm an out of town visitor and opted for this place on my one time to choose where to eat in Redmond. I wish it had been better.
