He's a dog whisperer haha :) The surroundings and facilities are great and we came by a week before-hand to have a look around and get Jill familiarised. Very professional. Mark sent daily videos and updates of Jill and you could tell that she was a very happy dog there. I can definitely recommend Mark and Dawgy Hotel and Daycare. Satch loves both Mark and Issi and he always comes home happy and exhausted after spending the day at Dawgy Walks and Daycare. Mark and Issi are flexible and accommodating and its an added bonus that I can keep up to date with Satch's day via their social media platforms. Mark and Issi are both down to earth and extremely professional. I would feel comfortable leaving Satch with them while I was away and I know that I could trust them with a key to my home. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone, they are honest, reliable, and great with the dogs.

Sometimes it can be hard to convince your pup to calmly be bathed, but not Bailey. Gilli has managed to build up such a nice bond with Bailey that when she pulls into the driveway Bailey is beside herself with excitement. But it isn't just Bailey that loves Gilli so much, it is our whole family. Not just for taking a duty off our hands but for her friendly service and the thorough job she does. Bailey comes back smelling of lavender, which I imagine is not easily achieved. Gilli charges $40 for a wash but as the business name suggests she comes to your house which makes the whole experience so easy.

We have 2 Lakeland Terriers who need to be hand stripped to maintain their coat. After trying 6 or 7 different places, we found this place. These guys are the only place in Sydney who hand strip properly and actually listen when we ask for them not to use clippers. Additionally, there's a few shelves of cute puppy products which changes seasonally making a great place to pick up your dog's next Santa suit.
