It's uncluttered and easy to navigate, and products are intelligently arranged so you don't have to spend your time trying to find the things you want. At the register, there's Mike, who's businesslike, and friendly, certainly--but I don't think he'd stand for any nonsense. You get the feeling that everything is under control, and that nothing short of a 9.0 earthquake would faze him. And then there's Daniel. He's seriously deranged, but in a good way, like a benevolent barbarian warrior who only wants to help. He's got a big heart, so he does, and he's innocent to a fault.
